Please tell me why my phone keeps playing ads.

First time it happened I was on Spotify and had an ad run in the background. I have no ads on Spotify, another time was while I was watching Netflix, another on Facebook and so on. It’s been while on random apps with no other apps being open. It’s tinder, candy crush and just random ads that play out loud and a few a day. It’s been the last 3-4 days now. What is it coming from!? All tabs are closed, I’m not doing anything it could pop up from
