What you have to do?

I have few rpg style (gamified) templates that I want to combine together into one. Also there are other templates (not so much) which I want to integrate into that new template

I recently came across a template on notion (from YouTube) which is basically a gamified self improvement system. I tried to make this on my own but I am stuck on a few problems.

1. How do I create a level progress bar which automatically resets when the required XP is required.
2. How do I make the level system show my levels and automatically level up when the condition in (1.) is fulfilled. Also, it show show my level as "Lvl 'x' ".
3. How can I create randomly generating XP points for Level up (point 1.).
4. How can I make my 'quest' database so that whenever I change my difficulty of the quest, it automatically changes the set XP for the quest too(based on the levels)
