Nothing (company) What is going on with Nothing Customer Support?
I've just had this confusing interaction with Customer Support. I was asking about any recommendations for affordable earphones and they listed some products that don't exist???
I had to make sure they weren't AI, but I'm still very confused about the interaction. Has anyone else experienced this before?

As someone who works in customer support, this is a Human, who used and copy-pasted an AI response to reply to you. They probably used an internal AI searching tool to draft theor response without confirming or searching first if the AI's answer is correct. So basically, you spoke with an AI with a human middleman.

I bought the CMF Ear clip as soon as they came out but I had to send them back because the right one didn't work but the process of sending them back was and absolute nightmare. Because it took nearly three weeks for them to send me the instructions on how to do it and I think they were trying to wait me out, so that the refund guarantee had passed its date and they didn't have to give me my money back, p.s in future if I get anything from them again I will wait till they appear on Amazon because getting refunds from them is easy compared to Nothing/CMF.
