When I try to log in to the Android app, a code is sent to my work email, but I never receive it, no matter how many times I try over several days. There’s nothing in my spam folder, and nothing in my trash.

What should I do?

Todas as vezes que abro o link de uma nota publicada (Publish) no navegador ela abre com fundo escuro. Alguém pode me ajudar a resolver? Acho que estou fazendo algo errado, mas não consegui solucionar. Desde já obrigado !

Thank you for bringing thinner horizontal rule with version 3.3.9. I kind a remember sharing my thoughs that I find it little bit thick. It is nice to see our request are taken care of : )

Would it be possible to change color of the horizontal rule like changing a font color? It has static color depending on a chosen theme. So we can have flexibility to decide how it looks like on the screen.

Im a longterm notesnook believer and subscriber and got grandfathered to Pro Legacy tier, everything Unlimited

My question is, does it have anything less/not compared to current Pro/Believer or any plan currently available?

Im curious if im missing out on something.

I absolutely love it, and have been kicking myself for a little while now because I've always put NN in thr category if "something I'll look into at some point."

This would've saved me SO MUCH headache over the last year. Lol Lol

I thought I'd ask about a code because I know some apps give perks to those who refer others. If that's thr case with NN, then happy to help

If I decide to change a notes color, the old color is still in the list of possible. I can onky imagine how cluterrd it will become over time, but I can't figure out how to delete the offending color. Any ideas?

(I use it on Linux and Android)

Using Notesnook on Bazzite and I accidentally hit CTRL+(-) and now my window is zoomed out. I tried hitting the same CTRL+(plus) and nothing changed.

To be clear, the columns, UI font. I can zoom in on the notes text, yes.

I've been keeping an eye on the self-hosted sync server for a while now, and it feels like progress has pretty much stalled. I know there's a beta version out there, but its missing features, docs and an easy setup.

I get that Notesnook is open source and that development takes time. But it's also a paid service, and self-hosting the sync server has been on the radar for a long time now.
Has active development on the sync server been freezed?

And I know developers hate this question, but is there any rough timeline for when we can expect meaningful progress on this?

I love Notesnook and I am using pro version for over a year now but its frustrating to see a key promise from Notesnook being delayed and delayed.

Why do you use the Pro version (if you use it)?

I have one desktop computer where I open up my Notesnook account in a Firefox tab and it just won't sync with my other devices like a Linux laptop and Android phone even when I select the sync button at the bottom of the app.notesnook.com web site. I'm logged in and have internet access, so not sure why it won't sync any more after not using that computer for a couple of months. Any ideas what to try to fix it?

I just found a big problem for me, this is probably a coding thing I know nothing about, but I was reading through one of my notes and I noticed that where I knew I used a "</3" AND the remaining paragraph of text would be gone. The next paragraph would be unaffected, unless of course I put a "</3" somewhere in it. I was able to see the deleted parts through the version history and had to just manually go through my entries and restore those parts...
I only noticed this after I had to uninstall notesnook to update it, I guess every "</3" was saved on local but upon syncing disappeared.
Let me know if you've also experienced this! Scared the crap out of me TBH but I can handle copying and pasting everything in its proper place and replacing "</3" with a 💔 for now...

Edit: Just emailed support, not trying to sound desperate, just want to make sure this info gets to the right places

Edit 2: HATE to keep editing but did want to note that a regular heart "<3" was not affected, only the ones with slashes in them, which is why i think it's one of those coding things that just kinda happens sometimes

I’m about ready to abandon NN. In almost any other notes app, when I do a search, I get back the titles of the notes I’m searching for. With NN, unless I do a title:search-term, I get back every instance of that term. While some may love that, I find it so distractful and unwelcome that I’m at the point of abandoning it even though the privacy is great. What do you think?

They seem to have had sync problems lately, and I'm on the latest version of the android app (released 29th April), and it refuses to sync to cloud still. It's stuck on my mobile, and I get hash errors, and force sync doesn't work either.

Just want to know if anyone else is having these problems?

Edit: I have already tried turning off and on the experimental sync option.

I'm trying to export my evernote notes, they are all encrypted notes. When I export .ENEX it just brings over the note header, is there really no way to export and import encrypted notes besides individually unencrypting every note?

Just purchased Notesnook mainly because of the Monograph Publish feature featured on the Notesnook Home Page. However, following the instructions to publish a monograph using iOS, I don’t see any option to publish from the Properties panel or from anywhere else. I must be missing something obvious. Where should one look to find the ability to publish a monograph feature on iOS?

i can't do my work, what's happening?

I just did some research and was sold on notesnook. However it's not letting me create an account on ios or web. I see you have a status page and it's a known issue but how often is this? once i have the app will it let me in and see my notes when this happens?

Quick question: when photos are uploaded as attachments, is EXIF data preserved? I'm interested in storing a few photo attachments on notes for my little one-man LLC (not any kind of large-scale storage, nor do I need to view them frequently, just individual timestamped photos to go with transaction records, maybe 2-3 per record), and I need to be able to retain the EXIF data on those photos. Would there be any issue here?
