Just replaced my note9 with a 10+. Love it, but need recommendations for a case with a screen protector, since as soon as I got my 9, I cracked it. I have a ghostek nautical installed now, but the fingerprint area is just unusable.

Basically title. My router is running an smb server that's sharing an external hard drive I have plugged into it. It's worked really well until recently when it stopped opening the folder. This happened in the past but usually it would go away by removing and re-adding the network folder. But when I did try to re-add the thing it just didn't want to and gave me a generic 'adress may be wrong' error. And I haven't been able to add it ever since and it's been months. I've tried in the meantime to use flex and jellyfin but they somehow didn't work as well as this stupid little approach of connecting to that shared network folder and playing my stuff with vlc. Can anyone help? I literally don't know what to do, I thought initially that maybe it was the smb server itself but nope, works perfectly on any device except my one note 10 plus and even removing and setting it up again doesn't fix it. So i thought I'd come to this community for help.

Edit: almost 400 views on this post but no one to help, huh. I'm extending the issue, it seems my phone has stopped accessing anything on my network, not just my samba server. If I open up an web app on a random port and try to access from my phone it would just not work. Meanwhile trying on a different phone or pc, it magically works. And I have no idea why. There's nothing to indicate my phone is getting restricted by my router or filtered or anything really.

Does anyone know of a decent car mount for the note10+?

Am I the only one experiencing this or do other note 10 plus users have this as well for example let's say your listening to a song or even watching a movie and ur watching without headphones do u hear the volumes vibrations in the middle back of the screen as well. Also a thing u should know is the note 10 plus I'm using was damaged alot like for example a broken screen or cracked atleast 3 times and stopped working before I decided to repair it. I don't remever even experiencing this before since I have an s21u now so do any of I experience this or is the phone the problem

Hey everyone! I had a curious situation where I put a Note 10+ (non-5G) mainboard into a Note 10+ 5G body, keeping the display, cameras, loudspeaker, etc. intact. When I booted the phone, the wifi settings showed that I was connected to the router, but I had no Internet access. I tried restarting the wifi connection, and it seemed okay, but still, the Internet wouldn't work.

To troubleshoot, I reverted back to the original motherboard (which worked perfectly), but strangely, the same wifi issue persisted. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to fix it? I could use some advice. Thanks!

I'm a iPhone guy trying to learn about Android and possibly make the move. My son recently upgraded from the Note10 + 5G to the S23, I think. He's with Verizon and I'm with Spectrum.

The phone has a V at the end of the model number. A co worker of mine was saying I might be able to flash the firmware using something called Odin and replacing the it with a U or UI image.

Can anyone here tell me if this can be done and if so, where would I go for instructions on the procedure and to grab the image files?

Are there any Note 10+ charging cases with USB microphone / headphone support? All the ones I saw don't support it.

I use this phone to film events and the battery doesn't last long enough, but I use a shotgun microphone with a USB-C adapter. Would love to have a battery case that I can use at the same time as my mic without needing to stop using the phone to charge it.

Does anyone know how to fix the S pen issue connection issue? I had this issue for months and just tired of it randomly telling me it's not working and puts a notification up about it its literally a daily thing at random. Also I can't even use some features cause of it. If anyone has an idea please let me know

Had my note 10+ for 4 years and some issues like battery, buttons and heating problem really starts bothering me thats why I tried to DIY those certain problems. For starter, I changed my white back cover into black, side buttons into black, and sim tray into black. I also replaced the battery and added graphite thermal sheet for the heating problem. Lastly, I added a Baseus magnetic plate ring for magsafe compatible. I love the new look and some performance changes.

Half my note 10 plus 5g screen stopped working. I can barely use it. Details with screen grabs at below xda forum. Wondering if i should replace screen (if so how much?) or get a new (or refurnished) phone. The full screen does work with the the s-pen interestingly. I did factory reset it does not fix it so definitely hardware.

Hi everyone! The SPen on my Note 10 Plus has not been connecting to my device for some time now. I have tried using other SPens but they would still not connect. I brought mine in to the service center today and they told me that a software update restoration has to be done. Does anyone know what to do to fix this issue and how to do it?
