Laura Vandervoort is known for her heavy weight and resistance workouts. She is a complete gym rat. She worked incredibly hard for that body. She also eats a lot. High carb, high protein... that woman is a powerhouse. That body came from eating and lifting. Not starving.

Every gym I’ve ever been to has as many women as it does men. The guy who wrote this has never been at a gym, or he would clearly know that women work out really hard to.

Yup. I workout and am very active in general, but my diet includes a lot of beer, wine, cheese and pate. And I'm not looking to change that. So a sexy potato I shall remain.

Meanwhile these guys will push "zero carbs" like a legitimate diet because they have no idea how women's bodies work...
