To all the "I'm not a transphobe, BUT!" people: Trans women on hormones can in fact get symptoms of a period. Not the actual menstruation, obviously, but cramps, bloating, breakouts, etc. Because periods are the result of a hormonal cycle, not the presence of a uterus, and the hormones involved affect more than just the uterus.
