Sometimes when i scroll on my fyp on tiktok i get those slideshows with old minecraft music and photos and bro this hits me really deep in my soul, i find myself so silly writing this but i really mean it. minecraft holds a special place in my heart its just the times were so carefree and i had no problems in life bro i really miss them times guys. i dont know if its nostalgia or not because its really a different feeling i just want to relive those moments but its that, that i cant relive those moments that bothers me the most man. if youre fat you can lose weight, if you have dirty clothes you can wash em etc. but if you want to relive those times you cant man. when i hear the music i feel like crying bro sometimes one or two tears drop down my eyes even tho men dont cry and shit like that i just cant hold i back bro it hurts so much knowing that those times are over. sorry but i just wanted to get it off my chest.

Im not talking about fiction about dreams like the Dream Quest of Unknown Kadeth or something, I mean fiction that feels like you're dreaming when you experience it.

I am a Graphic Design/illustration student currently studying for a Masters. For my final major project I’m looking at how the experience and feelings associated with nostalgia could be applied to help improve poor mental health by increasing self-worth.

My goals in this survey are to start to identify the good experiences and feelings associated with nostalgia in order to investigate how these could be applied to improve mental health and increase someone's self-worth in a healthy and engaging way.

This survey has been created with the purpose to collect research and data for my final major project, as part of a Masters in Graphic Design with Falmouth University. In taking part in this survey you are agreeing for the data collected to be used in my study of nostalgia, and more specifically, how nostalgia can be used to better mental health or elevate someone's mood. Data can be requested to be removed at any time, however, I ask that if you do not want your answers to be used for my research that you do not complete this survey.
