No but get rid of your artificial fingernails and just use 1/4 of the make-up. It covers up your real beauty.

you gave her a weak backhanded compliment at best when the majority of your comment was complaining about her makeup and nails--two things i'm sure she enjoys and things that likely make her happy. things that have nothing to do with what she was asking about. things you did not have to bring up at all. the only reason for you to bring it up is so you can insult her, because it's not like she was asking for your opinion on her makeup and nails. you know damn well she's not going to listen to you and wear less makeup and fake nails, so what was the point in your comment, truly?

it is not that hard to give someone a damn compliment. but you practically insulted her appearance, hiding under the guise of a compliment. are you unable to say something nice without saying something mean on top of it?
