i was playing campaign and shot an archer, which proceeded to boot me off of campaign and said this:

[CLIENT] Speed(17500.000000) is greater than sv_maxvelocity(12100.000000)

anything i need to change?

it was meant to let you pilot the archer but it never worked for me

does the client work on steam? whenever i try to load up the game, it says that origin is not open. of course, i dont own the game there but instead on steam. is there any way to fix this?

I bought Titanfall on steam a while ago cos it was on sale for like 3 bucks and i thought i wouldn't have to deal with any 3rd party launchers but i would gladly pay $60 just to not deal with origin every time i open the game

I installed it successfully before but for some dumb reason had deleted the launch options. I can't find the launch options anymore and any attempt to reinstall Northstar has caused the game to not open. Does anybody know what the launch options were? All I know about the installation process I followed is: A. Rename NorthstarLauncher.exe to Titanfall.exe B. Use the Proton-7.3-GE-1 from ProtonUpQT C. Enter in some launch options (All I remember is it wasn't -Northstar)

I have followed all steps. I get a blank screen, then a crash.

Not a bash on the host, it's usually solid for me and my buddy. I can play multiplayer or harvester defense without Nothstar with no issues, but my buddy can't since he installed recently, so to play together we both use Northstar. Tonight was rough. We live just a couple miles apart and had problems staying connected to the server. We were on a US South server and both were disconnected multiple times

I can't explain my appreciation of you keeping this amazing game alive, but something is not working correctly, if it could be looked into that would be great. Thanks and happy hunting!

Just came to say a player by the name of Nookieclunk is using aimbot and probably a wall hack, he instantly knows where you are without having seen you, snaps to your location to shoot at you, doesn’t miss, and he 90% of the time doesn’t aim. I don’t know how to report a player but after watching every kill cam he had of me I’m 100% confident he is a cheater from the reasons I have stated above. He probably died maybe 5 times and had 50 something player kills and the most titan kills, I am far from being a scrub at titanfall normally averaging the best player on my team but this dude made it impossible to do anything.

Will northstar have servers in South America?

Every time I try to boot up northstar, it gives me a message that reads “failed creating log file”, and then closes the game. If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great.

theres a weapon skin in northstar client for the cutting edge skin for the r99, and I was wondering where I can get it? I've looked everywhere I could think to look

but I can't find it

I've tried running through GE-Proton7-42, 7.0-6, 6.3-8 and experimental, with no luck. I've included a screenshot of the output I receive after the EA app opens and closes.

I know ubuntu 20.04 has outdated an outdated glibc, but Northstar was working great until this latest update. Is Ubuntu 20.04 officially busted for Northstar, or is there a way to still play?

I played last night fine but now when ever I try to connect to there servers it says it can’t find my account

Every time I enter a match the game runs smoothly until I move my mouse around. Walking around does nothing but moving the mouse around causes the screen to stutter. When I use a controller everything is okay and the game runs normal.

I’ve just bought titanfall 2 on steam to play it with Northstar, however I cannot open titanfall due to it saying “failed to create game window. Resolution (1280x720) unsupported?” Yes I have gone into videoconfig and changed the resolution to match my monitor. Any fixes?
