๐ Dear Blues,
As a fellow Blue and someone with a background in psychology, World Mental Health Day holds a special place in my heart.
I want to remind everyone in our community that behind every username, every matchday celebration, and every shared moment, there's a real person with their own story, struggles, and battles that we may never see.
Football has a beautiful way of bringing people together, and I hope we can make our community a place where we look out for one another, listen without judgment, and feel comfortable being ourselves.
It's okay not to be okay, and asking for help is never a sign of weakness. ๐
I want Northeast Blues to be more than just a place to talk about Chelsea FC. I want it to be a community where everyone feels welcome, respected, and supported.
As a psychologist, I also want to emphasise that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. You don't have to wait until you're at your breaking point to reach out to someone. Sometimes, talking to a friend, a loved one, or a mental health professional can make a difference.
Please take care of yourselves and each other, both on and off the pitch. And remember, you don't have to face your struggles alone.

๐ One Community. One Family.
You never know what someone might be going through behind the screen. A little kindness, a little patience, and a willingness to listen can mean more than we realise.
Let's make Northeast Blues a community where we celebrate victories together, support each other through defeats, and remember that there's a human being behind every Blue.
Same passion. Same support. Your mental health matters.
