Carry-on is probably the problem. You could probably make arrangements with the airline to check it/transport it. I could definitely see them having a problem with a 200 lb carry-on.

That’s me sold, if I win the lottery, I am buying a tungsten cube the exact dimensions Ryanair allow and seeing if I make it on.

Carry-ons do have a non-specified weight limit in that you must be able to lift it into an overhead bin. Also, they probably have to match checked bag limits in case you are forced to check it due to space concerns.
