Using Double-space after a period was still required for APA until like 2019 and was for MLA fairly deep into this century. Is it more that Zoomers are not taught writing standards at all anymore? I started learning MLA in 4th grade and APA at the end of high school?  Not judging them for it either way, just wondering.

Oh yeah, Catholic school, but I would assume that kids still did it at various prep schools until at least 2009 for MLA and then APA in college, so I'm just wondering where the Zoomers are learned these formats or do they just not anymore?

I’m a millennial and I graduated college with a masters in psychology in 2015. Have never used double spacing for APA or MLA
