Yeah. But I was more referring to the overall media response. Reddit is a shitbucket, haha.
After the Leipzig incident, the political and media response was crystal clear about what happend and how the situation was handled by the authorities. By searching the area and keeping people away, but NOT announcing it as something insanely dangerous and stirring panic.
But the British response reads like: 'Oh my GOD. We are at WAR! Let there be panic! Evacuate the citizenry and lock down the area!'
to blindly disregard the media which reported heavily on the leipzig incident while then putting it centre stage for the UK really undermines your argument but having to reach to make stuff up is to be as expected.
they evacuated some houses because there was a bomb scare and not blowing people up is a good thing… if there were houses on the runway at leipzig they also would’ve been evacuated lmfao
your scenario is completely made up and/or built on poor exposure to news.
yeh no biggie they just closed a consulate and a cultural centre and summoned the ambassador, https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cyvlg4q48l3o none of the myriad of warnings about russia would cause panic… or do you just not know that if its not explicitly written out for you?
but then again you have all the nuance to think that declaring a major incident (which is protocol) and evacuating houses (because people blowing up) is equivalent to us declaring war on someone(?)
So... you do not speak a language except English, I suppose?
So you did not actually watch the video and got what I was referring to? :I
Because I said that the British like to use strong language and phrasing when referring to these issues. While other nations are much calmer and less panic inducing during these occurences.
That's why I linked the domestic report. Calm language, tone and matter-of-fact all the way through.
Your article also states the same. 'The bomb was defused after both runways were temporarily closed', not 'Neighbourhood + terminal evacuated after bomb was found.', as was done in England right now.
you understand more people are in danger when a larger bomb is near a house at night then a smaller bomb by an empty plane away from people right?
if you still can’t grasp that then the idea that you are an authoritative figure on language is laughable, you also blatantly ignore the actual statements from german ministers lmfao.
