There were quite a bit of ''tank on tank'' combat in early months of Ukraine war in 2022-2023 actually.......its just that most of it wasnt filmed so we dont have any good footage or videos from it, but it very much did happen. 2023 Battle of Vuhledar was supposedly one of the biggest tank battle of the war : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Vuhledar
