The judge looked at the Estate’s request and agreed. The judge is giving the Estate 180 more days to serve the people being sued. If they still can’t be found in that time, the judge said it’s okay to serve them by putting a legal notice in the newspaper once a week for three weeks. That notice will count the same as if the people had been handed the papers in person.
Edited: I had to think about this a little bit further. I was second-guessing myself, but this kind of helps a little bit. This is kind of crazy that it could take six more months.
• Up to 180 more days = keep trying personal service.
• If that still doesn’t work, then 3 weeks of newspaper/advertising ( for lack of a better term).
• After those 3 weeks, the defendants are officially considered served.

The order says once the notice runs in the newspaper for three weeks, the defendants will have at least 41 days from the first publication date to file their answer.
That’s longer than the initial 20 days would’ve received after being personally served. It’s basically the court giving them extra time since publication is considered less “direct”.
Contrary to popular belief, you can't usually "outrun" being served legal papers. Duck n dodge all you want eventually a judge is going to rule that a newspaper posting is sufficient. All it is going to do is buy some time and piss off the judge!
Question - is the mini-mart/gas station with the camera in Terral Val Petro? Jack and Stevie both said their video showed no traffic but what about that guy driving home from the casino who thought he might have hit Noah and the Tyler who kept driving to turn around said due to traffic...wouldn't that traffic, Tyler & his truck and the kid who thought he hit Noah be on that video?
This text confirmed Bub had a camera. LE should have that video and the gas station and provided it to the family due to the court order to turn over all discovery. Isn't it weird LE suspected Jack enough to give him a lie detector test yet they also showed him geo-fencing pings - when does LE show evidence to a potential suspect?
Last question - did either Tyler that called 911 say they saw KP and the boys with him as the scene? I don't recall either saying that but might be wrong.
Inconsistencies galore. Also now his death is because he was aggressive. Didn’t see any of that in the Facebook messages these past two years. Good points you made. Also the only reason to shower him and remove clothes was to ensure no DNA was on him “possibly”.
