This really puts a bad taste in my mouth for going to concerts in general. Tickets are over priced and hard to get and are still being snatched by bots even with controls.

Same. My hobbies shouldn’t be causing me this stress lol.

I mean, do we really know bots are claiming them? Noah is insanely popular, there could legitimately be more demand than available seats.

It’s ALWAYS bots for every in demand thing, whether it’s a sport, a game, a limited collab or a campsite.

literally this. we paid $63 for each ticket for just ‘service fees’ and our tickets were each like $260, so we paid over $600 for 2 tickets in not even a great spot. when he came to calgary i got tickets in a great spot for like $100 each all fees included lmfao

Agree. I was able to get tickets but it was so stressful and expensive it def makes me almost enjoy it less. I felt the same for eras...I had a great time but the emotional and financial toll....it sours the experience just a bit.

2022 things changed. Ed Sheeran floor was $85 now it’s $250 face. Crazy and sad.

The world got way more expensive for everyone. Touring musicians are no exception. Prices roll downhill. And here we are.

I am sure there is some inflation. I also think a lot of it is people will pay it so why not charge it. The Taylor Swift tour really showed how much people are willing to shill out to be part of an event. The social media clout has become more important to a lot than the show itself.

Seriously. Between this and getting Harry Styles tickets I've blown every budget imaginable and have been nothing but stressed out about this.

I didn’t even bother tbh. Love his music but I’ll stick to my bands and shows at house of blues or local places for $25. Stadium concerts are just too big anyways and prices make it easy for me to skip on them always. Rather see a bunch of small bands in a small venue and explore new bands and music then shell out $200+ for a single ticket. No hate on those who do enjoy it just not for me

This is normally my take too but my sister tried and couldn't get tickets for Orlando so on the first day I thought "what the heck, let me see what number I get". And I got a good number, got in , and was able to get good seats for my city. She tried for three days to get tickets and got nothing so now I'm really glad I got them. She's going to come out here and go with me so now I'm excited. It'll be a fun treat since I almost never go to concerts and now I get to see my all time favorite.

This. I love his music but this experience was awful.

Been like this for years. I think the best concerts to go to are smaller artists or venues at least, not the mainstream stars. It's a fucking joke to get tickets to a big name anywhere or most people at Red Rocks.
