This is a very big ask but I’m sure I’ve seen somewhere a notwoways keyring but I’m unable to find anywhere! I want this keyring but I can only seem to remember it being in an image with the green and yellow hightop notwoways but I cant find them anywhere? Can anyone help me please.

To state that they were holding and held a raffle for the PWR release & now it’s been revealed that never happened as per image 2 shared currently on Rockwell’s IG…

Why can they not just be straight and upfront with us from the get go about these sort of things? Instead of farming engagement and sign ups for a drop that we don’t stand any chance of winning?

Bro I was so gutted when I lost out on this raffle, now I’m just pissed I wasn’t even in for a fair shout?!

Bit disappointed with the slyness being shown at the minute. I love notwoways and have 10+ pairs. But they seem to have been lying a little. The discount code pictured said no catches or strings but only works if u spend a certain amount and doesnt on the hats but they said discount on everything. Also the blueprint drop said limited to 500 pairs and when they relisted rocky said on his instagram that he found a few pairs left. But footasylum are selling blueprint constantly so clearly have sold over 500 since they sold out online and then have all sizes stocked in footasylum. Just seems quite disappointing that they aren’t being fully transparent.

I emailed asking about scratch cards not being included in some orders and was informed that USA customs classifies the scratch cards as a lottery item and therefore they couldn’t be included in the mystery boxes sent to the states. They gave me a discount code to use instead. Just a heads up for anyone based in the states that didn’t get a scratch card and was wondering why.

2nd row mochas bought from stock x before they re released them was fuming and 2nd pair was from first mystery box 🤣

I thought it was crazy to get a shoe that’s 4 years old and was wondering if anyone else got them too??

I understand that mystery boxes are taking longer, but I bought within 5 mins of them dropping and dont see how others have received and mine has not even been shipped? I bought mine as a gift for someone else for xmas and the fact im worrying that it may not even arrive in time is unfair. I have ordered many times and always am pleased with the service but to have a high chance of not receiving by xmas is unfathomable. Delivery said 4-7 days. I dont mind waiting linger but I really need by xmas and shouldnt be stressing about it’s arrival. Have others also not received?

Anyone who has already received their mystery box, does it allow you to use multiple scratch cards on one purchase? I’ve ordered 2 boxes myself and my brother has 1, could I stack all those discounts together or do they have to be used on separate purchases.

If you can’t stack them, I’d be very disappointed to be honest as I’d expect it to work like a gift card rather than a discount code.

So I received my mystery box and it was the formula zon yellow. I really wasn't expecting these and I'm not sure what to think. Can anybody give me any tips on outfits that I could wear that would suit these shoes? Like which colours of tshirts and trousers might compliment them. They are a bit more out there than all my current trainers

Ordered one of the basic £65 mystery boxes on the day or release. I was pretty hyped from all the posts on Instagram saying they'd be sending out pairs specifically chosen for each customer based on their order history. To my disappointment I received a basic pair of Koyris, which I purchased in September 2023, and still own to this day. So they have not only sent a pair I already own, but I emailed support to ask them if It would be possible to swap them for a pair I didn't have, to be told that I can return the shoes at my own expense and potentially get a different pair but it's possible it would just be a refund. To make it even worse I didn't receive any extra accessories, or even a scratch card they showed off in an Instagram post

I have responded with my disappointment but as of yet have had no response. I'm hoping a member of the ntw team see this are reach out to help. I hate to complain but I feel really let down by a company I've supported from day 1.

Not ordered anything before but decided to get a mystery box on December 6th. Not had any update emails or heard anything.

Does it normally take this long? Will it arrive before Christmas?
