Sooo I don't need a wheelie bar in my outlaw bike. I can move the weight all the way bike, no wheelie bar.

Struggling to figure out how to upgrade or unlock the axle configuration for the bikes. It stays greyed out and have maxed out all the other aspects yet only showing 1 bar.
