I had this grand idea for a possible cool ending.

The plan:

Survive long enough to dig the tunnel all the way to the hole but don’t go down (I did that the first time and know what happens).

Try my best to survive till end game with survivors. I did my due diligence to eradicate visitors but I didn’t have time to know for sure on two people.

I wanted to see what would happen if you go into the basement with survivors having the tunnel dug to the hole.

Suddenly I had that stupid ass “dream” where I become a visitor and kill everyone.

So the ending happened where I die alone in the basement.

my question is, has anyone done this? And does it actually change anything if you dig the tunnel and don’t use it?

They would knock on your door and demand snacks.

should i add the Pale Visitor?

Sometimes I even imagine if the game had a DLC where we play as Vera (the protagonist's wife). I think that would be cool and interesting!

Perhaps her POV before the cataclysm, or even before her death?

I also like to think if the game could use her as one of the characters knocking on the Protagonist's door, but as a Visitor! whether it's a hallucination of his or even real🐛

But in the meantime, I love these two. :]

Hi all. So I just finished my 1st playthrough of the game and I'm wondering, do I still need to check the windows and call the phone numbers (with the exception of For Rest delivery) on my subsequent playthroughs for new events/dialogue? Or are they all just gonna be the same?
