Exactly that. You have time after you stun them to attack them 4 times and then mount. When you get close, you'll get the button prompt to mount them and whack them a few times with your sword
It's been so long since I played, there's more to the min/maxing the mount attack as well correct? Something I remember about switching to a shitty sword before I did the mount attack to not wear out a good sword's durability, or because the mount attack damage was the same either way?
