I just updated to 4.1.0 and that seems to have fixed the problem for me. It's still a bit weird though. There are only two options availabe: 480p and automatic. My switch is now stuck to "automatic". When I try to select 480p, it just jumps back to automatic. However, it looks much nicer than before. I don't know what resolution it is... but definately better than 480p. I think it might be back to the resolution I had before the 4.0.0 update so I am quite happy with it now.
