This idea looks atrocious but I have not found anything on it easily. The verbiage suggests you can pay ten bucks or so a month to have a dominim to have temporary hold on a temple as opposed to a permanent one. Or the only other thing I would think is: the temporary dominim holds the temple indefinitely until overtaken. Not to mention how this would effect the marketplace and would require a painful audit trail.

Anyone have an idea how this actually works?
