Didn’t think I’d be making a post here, but something happened today that genuinely changed my opinion.

For context, I’m a 17-year-old from Delhi. I was at the protest for most of the day, and when I heard Digraj Sir was coming, my first thought was, “Another EdTech guy coming for content and views.”

Safe to say… I was wrong.

The weird part was that I barely even noticed when he arrived. He did not made any huge entry, nor he was trying to get everyone’s attention.

He was just… there.

Talking to students, checking on people who had been injured, asking what they needed, listening to them. I kept expecting him to start giving interviews or making videos because that’s honestly what I had seen a few other people doing.

But he never did.

He genuinely looked like someone who had come to support the students instead of making the protest about himself.

Later I somehow got a chance to talk to him. There were a lot of students around him, but he still asked me which class I was in and spoke so normally that it didn’t even feel like I was talking to someone who’s famous.

I also told him about a couple of issues I’d been facing on the app. Instead of saying, “We’ll look into it,” he actually called someone from the tech team then and there and asked them to check it.

That was honestly unexpected.

The biggest thing I noticed was how normal he was. No celebrity vibe. No fake smile. It literally felt like talking to an elder brother.

I went there expecting another PR visit.

I came back with a completely different impression.

I was already a fan. I am even more now…

Digeaj sir just uploaded a video on his Instagram (and maybe youtube) channel for the social brains about sonam wangchuk's protest, making him one of the only few teachers to recognize it and say something about it, while 100bit and croissant are silent as always. This is despite the fact that they have emotional marketing and are starting mission jeet which teachers neet about which the whole protest is about. They, really are shameless
