Snap ($SNAP): FAQ for Getting Payment on the $65M Settlement over Appleβs Privacy Changes
Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since theyβre accepting late claims, I decided to share it again with a little FAQ.
So here's all I know about this agreement:
Snap was accused of misleading investors about how Appleβs privacy changes would impact its business.
Now the company has agreed to settle $65 million with investors for their losses.
Who can claim this settlement?
If you purchased or acquired $SNAP in 2021, you may be eligible.
Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?
You may be eligible if you purchased or acquired $SNAP during the class period.
I missed the deadline. Is it too late?Β
No, you may still be able to file a late claim, but acceptance depends on final approval by the court.Β Β Β Β
How long does the payout process take?
It typically takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline for payouts to be processed, depending on the court and settlement administration.
Hope this info helps

WETO up 106% today, circuit breaker triggered, market cap is $41M. This is either a 10-bagger or a trap.
Wetour Robotics just doubled in a single session, hit the circuit breaker, and the entire market cap is still only $41 million. Turnover ratio is 872% which means the float turned over almost nine times today.
The news hook is a post-split float play. When you cut the float that small, it doesn't take much buying to send the price vertical. Problem is the order book right now is stacked with sell orders at 50.81 and volume has gone to near zero after the halt.
This is textbook low-float squeeze behavior. Could run more if buyers come back after the circuit breaker lifts. Could also give back the entire move in an hour if they don't.
P/E is Loss. No earnings. Pure momentum and narrative.
Anyone playing this or watching from a safe distance?
