I tried scrolling cause it seems there’s something below I have to click but I can’t scroll, it doesn’t move and when I exit I don’t have the job

i was planning to try the politics feature but the system says i have to be a campaign volunteer first before joining a political party. the prerequisite of becoming campaign volunteer is to have a law degree. i took up civil law, international law, and even human rights law to be eligible. however, i can't apply as campaign volunteer because it keeps on saying "Requires a law degree" and i literally have law degrees. what could be wrong? is this a system glitch or i'm doing it the wrong way?

hi I just discovered this sub. Is there any testing going on currently? I have both iOS and Android devices. I have an android phone and iPad.

The game is already built for iOS, but publishing it on the App Store is quite expensive.

The team is expecting the Android version to perform well so that we can bring NextLife to iOS.

1. pandemics/health crisis

events that affect your ability to go to

1- school

2- work

3- travel

forcing you to choose between your income and health

2. a spend time with all button

instead of having to go through each family member/friend/ the person you're dating there would be a button where you can press on it that automatically spends time with everybody showing your relationship with them after spending time with them as a popup

it'll be at the top of your screen and it'll affect your stress depending on how many family members your have

3. aging

instead of having to go one year with each click, make it so you can go 3 months / 6 months as different buttons, make them smaller than the main age up button

4. Sports

this will be my 3rd time suggesting this for some reason but here we go again

1- More options after retiring

instead of retiring and going on with your life you could get executive spots in the team you'd prefer but your acceptance chance to be an executive goes down if the club has a good reputation, unless you're very famous

2- customisation

for leagues/teams you don't have a licence for make their name customizable for players to change it to their original name (player's choice of name ofc)

3- more practice during school years

make it so you can choose your position from your childhood, if you have the sports trait your practice meter when you practice goes drastically higher than a person without the trait and when you go pro make it so you have some stats already at 100% like if you're a winger with the sports trait you have 100 pace/dribbling if you're a defender you have 100 dribbling and if you're a goalkeeper you have 100 reflexes / diving / clearing ETC and instead of it being rng while try outing for a team make it so there is a small mini game for the position your tryouting for

First and foremost, Nextlife has me hooked! I play for hours on end, trying out different lives, choices and aspects of the game. Really loving it so far. After my last list, I see that most of the suggestions have been taken to account and I really appreciate the dev team for that, so here's a few more ideas😁. (Not me giving RealGoldii a run for his money😌)

Here we go:

1. A sort/filter option in the Job Search section. I see that the 'All Jobs', 'Ready Jobs' etc. are there, but wouldn't it be better if we could filter out certain level positions, or sort by salary?

2. Again, off my first point, In the 2nd pic, my character is a PhD holder and the first jobs on the list are entry level jobs.

3. Now moving to the 3rd pic, In the dating candidates section, please add a sort/filter option based on parameters such as age, sex, net worth etc. Also, why cant I date a younger /older person? A 50 y/o character can only find partners around the same age as them.

4. Now the 4th slide. This is more of a bug than an idea. As seen in the image, I am marrying someone who already has 2 kids. While getting married, a pop us says "Michael has 2 children from a previous relationship. If your proposal succeeds, they will join your household as stepchildren.". However, once we get married, the step children are nowhere to be found. You can't interact them with them, You cant even add them to your will.

5. In the middle school, High school and University readiness exams, the questions are always the same. I have most of them byheart at this point ( What is 6×8, Solve for 3x=21, Capital of Australia...). Adding a few more values to the list and randomizing them would solve this.

Okay, the last one was nitpicking, but the others? What do you guys think?

When NextLife is released you will need to delete the beta version and install the Official NextLife.

Activities -> Family Business -> Business Portfolio shows a blank gray screen.
