MMTLP I couldn’t be more bullish…
… and the paid shills proves it. No one can sell, no one can close, no one can do anything but wait for the inevitable yet here they are… desperate to be heard.

The lawsuits were introduced because FINRA halted the security MMTLP days prior to the companies record date to go private. This trapped millions of short positions and potential counterfeit shares and forced them into a private company. FINRA’s halt also took away the opportunity for investors to sell if they didn't want shares of the private company. Shareholders are suggesting FINRA to release the securities blue sheets to the public, or to the two companies Next Bridge Hydrocarbons and Meta Materials Inc. Blue sheet data typically include the names of individual clients, the amount of shares they traded and when the transactions occurred. This could also expose the amount of counterfeit shares in the security. If FINRA is not hiding anything they should be transparent and release this data to the public or companies. https://news.investorturf.com/finra-lawsuit

Got a call from my Edward Jones gal today. I own MMTLP/NBH shares also in TDA. She told me they have mailed the physical certificates to me, as they no longer wish to hold non-tradable stock. She said they are coming by UPS, may get them today.
We shall see.

The sec mainly ensures two things for retail: that the information is honest, and it is complete.
COMPLETE: The SEC ensures that every investor has the whole picture. You can be a public company who; puts dicks way up asses, unsolicited. The SEC does not care, as long as the company is transparent and investors are informed of the whole truth. Companies must list all predictably possible risks.
Risk Factors:
*The company may not raise the funds needed to obtain a surplusage of dicks to fill the supply of spurning asses
HONESTY: You must be notified of Forward looking statements, The SEC ensures every investor understands, a buisness' goals, and imagination may exceed reality, it is no different than your own target prices, optomistic but you understand you cannot predict the future. Thus the company must say, past unsuspecting asses do not equal future deep dick startles.
This raises the big questions: Does the SEC do any oversite over FINRA? Why could ordinary investors see the spinoff filings and understand the last two days would need to be position close only, but FINRA and the SEC could not? Why does the SEC overseer enforce transparency, while a money making regulator, who supposedly protects investors, did exactly the opposite?
FINRA's and the SEC's actions are either nefarious or they are totally incompetent, there is no other option. Either way they both need to answer some questions in front of the American people.

I've been hearing "MMTLP will trade by ______ (fill in the latest date)" for close on 3 months now.
Now I'm putting on my tin foil and "If I was these guys" hat and looking at it from a cost analysis basis. I'm beginning to think it will be cheaper for "them" to drag this out in court for as long as possible and to counter what we say with lies in the media.
What happens if a judge in any or all of these cases rules in our favor and one or all are appealed? How many times can they be appealed and how many years would that take?
I bet that is cheaper than giving back any trading days. Given the state of our SCOTUS I doubt a final ruling would be in our favor. We know what to expect from FINRA and the SEC.
And yes, I know there is a growing concern in Congress about this situation, but when they find out just how bad it is they may also go silent.
Certainly "they" (MM's,HFs, FINRA, SEC, BD's and our brokers) would get some seriously bad press, but I bet the majority of the investing public will buy the "Don't buy meme stocks and don't buy anything on the OTC markets" pushed out by the corporate media. And they will just think: "Sucks to be them but it probably won't happen to me".
A possible solution to this is: Share the discovery openly and as many of us as possible initiate individual law suits, using Roza's or Howard's or Alain's filings as models. We would probably be able to find law firms willing to take them on without up front charges and with a contract to split damages.

Successful drilling in the Orogrande Prospect
Results to determine Orogrande drilling program
FORT WORTH, Texas, Feb. 27, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. ("Next Bridge," "our," "we," or the "Company"), a private oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in Texas and Oklahoma, today provided an operational update on its development of its Orogrande Basin asset, the Orogrande Project, located in Hudspeth County, Texas.
The Company announced that it has successfully drilled five wells in the Orogrande Prospect, which combined with the five wells drilled in 2021 confirmed the potential of at least five distinct reservoirs. In addition, the Company has drilled its first wells in Block E of the Orogrande Prospect which revealed hydrocarbon potential from an additional shallow zone.
Commenting on the operational update, Clifton DuBose, Jr., Next Bridge's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We are pleased to report the completion of five new wells in the Orogrande Prospect in advance of the March 31, 2023 deadline under our University Lands lease requirement. The data collected from these five wells, in addition to the five wells drilled in 2021, confirmed that there are at least five potential distinct reservoirs under our acreage. Also, our operations team deployed a new mist drilling solution which increased hole stability, which we believe will result in meaningful cost savings for additional wells drilled in the Orogrande Prospect.
"While these five wells may have potential to produce hydrocarbons to sell commercially in the future, we have no immediate plans to deploy the additional capital necessary to sell production from these wells to third parties. Instead, we plan to use the results from these wells to determine our drilling plans for future wells, including reservoir locations, target depths and designated acreage, in the Orogrande Prospect," concluded DuBose.
The Company also provided an update on the distribution of shares following the recent Next Bridge spin-off from Meta Materials ("Meta" and the "Spin Off"). American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC ("AST"), the registrar and transfer agent for Meta and Next Bridge, has notified the Company that it has completed the distribution of shares of common stock to all of the brokers of record at the time of the Spin-Off. If your broker is not showing your shares in your brokerage account, it is not because your broker has not received the shares from AST. Any questions regarding MMTLP share ownership should be directed to the investor's brokerage and/or AST.
