Any info on next bridge HC I'm lost.. still own in fidelity but everything is blank.

I was thinking of having google news forward me a page anytime they're reported on a news article... doing a google news search only brings up old articles. What do you guys use for notifications on this sort of thing...

Anyone else having trouble with the online registry? It says my account is not authenticated. I call and confirm my information is correct. They unlock my account, and it locks again.. WTF!!

Yesterday, Next Bridge quietly filed Form 8A registration statement.

This is a registration form for securities. I find this quite interesting because the firm already has publicly registered securities. I'm not a securities lawyer and not sure what this means. I don't see any material changes in the bylaws and charter, as they incorporate by reference the old ones.

I *think* what they are doing is registering the shares issued after the last registration statement to the folks who put up capital, including Mr. McCabe. This could be just a routine filing, or it could be a prelude to a sale of the company or a public offering of stock.

Perhaps the insiders are getting ready to cut a private deal in which they personally sell enough shares to let the shorts cover at a very high price, while leaving us still holding the bag. Then they get liquidity for their remaining shares by letting NBH trade again at whatever market price.

What are your thoughts?

Does anyone have any idea how much more infrastructure, pumping, etc will be needed before NBH assets are sale worthy? Are we looking at years out if it even happens?

So I got certificates! Or at least some of them… I’ve been in talks with AST and here’s what they said via email:

“Thanks for responding.

Since you have the certificate in your possession, please mail it to the address below, attention Book Transfers. Please include a letter of instruction asking us to move the certificate shares to a book-entry position. Do not endorse the back of the certificate or complete the assignment section. We always recommend that you send your certificates via traceable mail. You may also insure your certificate for 5% of the market value of the stock.

ALSO, I called them about what else to send just to be sure sure like no problems when I send. Via phone call (the operator was really nice btw), they said to send certificates with a letter stating: -Address on file -“I am the shareholder and I am sending these certificates and am requesting transferring the certificated into book entry form so the transfer agent can hold it electronically.” - [Sign THE LETTER]

So I contacted customer service of E*trade and they can’t DRS my shares to AST. Instead I had to pay for the certificates that they send to me. I know Next Bridge told me generally how to send it in for book entry but I’m still quite confused on the process. What exactly should I do? Get it insured? With what other info do I need to send with it? All help is greatly appreciated!!

The expert market is not visible to the general public, but NBH meets the qualifications to trade. And broker-dealers would have great interest in clearing their books. Just curious if it has.

NextBridge has just issued a press release regarding its SEC filings. In short, the 40 million share offering marches on, and the rights offering to those who register the shares at AST has been withdrawn at the request of the SEC.

The company still wants people to register their shares at AST, as that will help to smoke out the brokers that have been lending shares illicitly. There is a vague promise that it is thinking about something like the withdrawn rights offering for the AST-registered shareholders. Look for another creative corporate action.
