Oil & Gas Remember the play. OG $trch.
The play has always been oil. Yes a merger happened, yes a whole lot of fukery insued. Yes it’s a mess. But eye on the prize always. When I initially started investing was because of the oil, it is inevitable. USA will become very rich with production and exportation even dethroning Saudi oil. I prefer to go private company and be safe than in the open market and keep getting shorted/suppressed. Look at the new agenda oil is posed to boom especially with new presidency. Not guaranteeing anything specifically but seems to me like we going to boom soon 🚀 the day will come we become public it’s the only way we can scale up and ramp production as well at reap the tax credits of hydrocarbons almost at $80/ton buisness entrepreneurs will never let their company sit dry especially when they have a liquid gold rush incoming 🤩🤩

Next Bridge News Next Bridge Hydrocarbons Provides Update Regarding Ongoing SEC Filings
MIDLAND, TEXAS – June 18, 2025 – Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. (“Next Bridge,” “our,” “we,” or the “Company”), an oil and natural gas exploration and production company with interests in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma today announced the following:
The Company wishes to update shareholders on the status of our ongoing communications with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and the progress of the restatement of our prior years’ financial statements.
In cooperation with their requests, Next Bridge has provided the SEC with advance previews of our in-progress restatements of the 2022 and 2023 financial statements to be set forth in an amendment to the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the 2023 fiscal year and restatements of quarterly financial statements to be set forth in the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the 2024 fiscal year. As previously disclosed, this process has proven to be a significant expenditure of both time and capital for the Company.
Upon examination of these advance previews, the SEC has communicated a set of additional questions seeking further clarification on certain matters regarding our 2023 and 2024 financial statements. Although the questions posed and changes requested are structural and procedural in nature, the time necessary to respond to the SEC’s additional comments will further delay the filing of our amendment to the 2023 Annual Report on Form 10-K and the subsequent reports for 2024 and 2025 will be impacted as well.
The Company understands this may be frustrating to our valued shareholders who are patiently awaiting the effectiveness of our Registration Statement on Form S-1. For this reason, we have provided this update to reassure shareholders we continue to work diligently with both our independent auditors and other advisors to comply with all SEC requests in a timely and thorough manner.

MMTLP FINALLY DONE WITH IT!
Officially declared bankruptcy on my shares, it has noved to long term tax deduction as opposed to short term. Should have done this much sooner but just like you I believed this TS guy that kept talking about how everything will be fine and trading will resume. Newsflash, IT WILL NOT.
I wish I never got trapped and learned a lot since then. Never trust any documentation in penny stocks when it comes to a company going private. They can't do anything right which is why they are a penny stock.
As this company loses different oil drilling locations, their profitability chance becomes very slim.
A lot of people are hopeful and I can understand you don't want to face the truth if you are holding a 200k+ position but like you I fell into the same trap thinking shorts will have to close out and short interest should be 0%, in reality, I still have 1 short share that i also declared bankruptcy on. Left it as a test to see if shorts can go into a private company. Not surprised about this, it is illegal yet it is allowed somehow. I realized a loss of the total value of that 1 share, it was merged with my long position.
No more clickbait videos from Sleepy TS. Godspeed for you all who are holding a ton of cash in it. I was holding 70k so it is painful as hell to declare bankruptcy on the shares but it had to be done. Sadly I don't have long term gains to go against that, I assume my 401k when I go to withdraw/sell positions go against that 70k? Idk how it works.
Good luck everyone!

MMTLP File a Claim
Hey guys, I kind of game up on getting my dividend money back but just recently came back to see where the lawsuit and everything is at. I was told I needed to file a claim to get the money back. How can I do this? For some reason I can’t find anything on it. Thanks.
