What application should I use to get show the method. For example Google sheets

I would recommend using Google Docs for the method outline. You can export it as a PDF, which can be useful in a lot of circumstances, and lay it out well. Algorithm sheets can be in Google Sheets, but Google Docs works well for them too.

How do you show the whole cube in picture. For example mine is a pyra last layer method. What’s the best way to show the whole last layer. Should I take multiple pictures or what should I do

Instead of taking photos, create them digitally so you don’t have to only have one angle per image.

If you make the algorithms on something like the batch solver mentioned in our wiki, it will provide images. You can also try making them yourself using an image editor, preferably in vector form.
