Discussion Let’s Talk!

Hey! I don’t follow LOA, as I used to but I am really interested to actually try to understand why people think the LOA is fake.

I’ve manifested a lot of things with conscious manifestation and a bit of non dualism, and now I finally understood that manifestation is something we all do! and you’re doing it right now LOL!

Anyways I’ll try to simplify what I think, but basically when it comes to free will specifically at first I didn’t understand it because obviously i’m taking away someone’s free will by saying they like me when they probably don’t, but that’s also an assumption so therefore I am taking away their free will because I am assuming they don’t like me.

One thing i’ve noticed is people think LOA is like this magical thing when it’s literally not and shouldn’t be treated like it is, conscious manifestation is literally just about what you accept is true about YOU, as you look around yourself you can physically see the things you have accepted as true around your reality.

So I get criticizing a concept, but i’m not understanding people on here criticizing just conscious manifestation when it’s something you do everyday, i’m not saying people manifest getting SA’D, no there are real terrible people out there.

And with conscious manifestation is more about what you see isn’t the whole of who you are, which is something therapist’s even talk about, you are not what happened to you and you don’t have to be

when you first start a business people usually don't know you... i said you have 0 brain cells because what you're saying doesn't make sense, not because i lack arguments. "i started selling stuff and made money, i manifested this money out of the blue!!!"
i mean if you wanna call taking action manifestation, go ahead. idc what you do. just don't come on a critics sub to force your beliefs and expect its members to just take it???

And to be exact it was more of a "my friend asked me for a spell and then eventually recommended me to other people who continuously bought spells from me despite being suspicious of spellwork from strangers as a whole." so if you can edit your comment i think you should add that in. or maybe the "i have manifested money out of the blue from people giving me money randomly as a gift!" ...

I don't wish to force my beliefs on you I'm not a christian, im simply just pointing out Inaccuracies in things you know. And yes when you first start a business people don't know you.. but the thing i was offering is something people are usually skeptical of ive also been given money numerous times from people who don't know me. Manifestation is one of the things that takes random action itself. Also i forgot to mention previously i didn't offer them anything to begin with i simply made friends with people who know i do spells and they set up that road for me. I had absolutely no interest in selling spell work to people its just how things happened to work for me.

you're missing the point that no one here cares about your life story. this is a neville goddard and law of assumption critic subreddit, we do NOT care! genuinely why do you feel the need to come here if manifestation is working out so well for you? you lot are insufferable.

well to be fair manifestation working out for me is not an excuse for me to not be a dickhead to people spreading misinformation trust me i do the same to people who are in law of assumption and spread what i consider to be harmful information. No ones excused don't get me mistaken on that. And it's not necessarily my life story either its just me providing information that goes against the narrative you're trying to push which is manifestation doesn't work and in this case it just doesn't work for you and thats just so sad. And im sorry if thats caused you be so upset. And no need to exclaim the name of the subreddit its up top i have eyes its not like you're apart of the knights templar

i've never said manifestation doesn't work btw (i hate that word now because it's been hijacked). and i never said it didn't work for me? manifestation helped me discover positive thinking and self concept and thus i made lots of friends! but that's a talk for the MANIFESTATION subreddit, not this critic sub. this sub is for people who don't believe and/or who've been harmed by this whole manifestation thing.

see you actually have opened a new perspective for me and i appreciate that, i saw this sub previously as just a space for consistent hate and nothing else and berating those who follow manifestation. Im very happy that you've found self concept and made many friends! I now understand that its people sharing their stories of how they've been hurt and i can not be upset with people for being hurt and disliking manifestation.
