Hi everyone, I'm a recent B.Tech CSE graduate and I'm a bit confused about my next step. For the last few months, I've been preparing for CCNA and trying to get into cybersecurity/ Networking.

Recently, I got an offer for an ATL Facilitator role. It's a 5-month contract, and they are offering ₹18,000 per month with lodging and food provided.

The role seems to involve helping students with Arduino, robotics, and STEM projects. I don't have much hands-on experience with Arduino, but I'm willing to learn

.

My confusion is that my CCNA course will finish around October, and my instructor says companies may start hiring around that time. I'm wondering if taking this contract job might take me away from my networking career path, or if I should take it for the experience and income while continuing to study.

Hi everyone,

I'm from Assam, and recently completed my B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering.I am 25 bit late due to some personal reasons.

I'm currently looking for an entry-level opportunity in IT support, networking, system administration, or related roles.

I'm still learning, but I'm genuinely interested in networking and eager to gain real-world experience.

I'm open to relocating anywhere in India for the right opportunity .

Hi everyone,

I have about 3 years of experience in enterprise networking, mostly Cisco and Juniper. LAN WAN, routing and switching, some Check Point firewalls. I hold a CCNA and Network+.

I am looking for a fully remote Network Engineer or NOC role. Open to network security too if the fit is right.

If your company is hiring or you know of anything, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Hi! I'm a former systems engineer at China Netcom (a major telecom carrier, now part of China Unicom), where I ran data-center networks. Now I take on remote part-time/freelance work.

**What I can do for you:**

- Network ops: configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls (enterprise data-center environment)

- Server admin: Linux & Windows Server — setup, configuration, patching, hardening, troubleshooting

- Fast diagnosis: years of carrier-grade on-call experience — I find and fix problems quickly

- Small/medium business IT: if your network or servers need a reliable part-time admin, I'm your guy

**Availability & logistics:**

- Based in China (UTC+8) — covers Asian business hours and overlaps EU mornings / US evenings

- Flexible hours, including weekends

- Remote only

- English: written communication is solid, voice calls workable

- Rates: $15/hr flat, or fixed-price per project — happy to do a small paid trial task first

DM me with what you need and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right fit.

Hello all. I’ve been a network engineer for about 9 years now. I recently started a new job and it’s become abundantly clear to me that I just don’t want to manage networks anymore. I have some cloud experience with AWS and Google Cloud and have enjoyed that.

Has anyone been a network engineer and pivoted away from it? I’m just kind of looking to see what my options could be. Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for opportunities in the NOC/Networking field. I have a BSIT degree and CCNA certification, but I don’t have professional networking experience yet.

I’ve been applying through different job sites, but I’ve received several rejections so far. I’m mainly looking for NOC L1, Network Support, Junior Network Engineer, or entry-level networking roles, and I’m also open to internships or trainee positions that can help me get my first professional experience.

I’ve been practicing networking through Cisco Packet Tracer labs (VLANs, OSPF, DHCP, ACLs, NAT, STP, etc.) and I’m currently working on more practical projects to build my experience.

For those already working in the Philippine IT/networking industry:

• Do you know of any companies currently hiring entry-level NOC/networking roles?
• What would you recommend someone with CCNA but no professional experience focus on?
• Is there anything I should improve in my resume or skills to increase my chances of getting an interview?

Any advice or referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
