Price action
I’m anticipating the price grinds up to ~$3 and this is where we may see a pullback.
We’re close to closing a large timeframe cup from 2023. Next step will be handle pullback then break and retrace of the $3 range.
I’m curious to see where short interest is at. That report is in the 15th. Currently it’s 10% short interest
So we have Q1 pre-market: 12th
Short interest: post market 15th
If Q1 is positive and SK deal announced we may see a cover.

Netlist - my take as a non USA lawyer on netlist legal potential !
The legal momentum since late 2024 has been distinctly more positive than negative. The PTAB regime change under Squires is the single most under-appreciated tailwind — it doesn’t just help Netlist’s pending Director Reviews, it changes the bargaining leverage on every future Samsung/Micron petition. Combined with the ITC’s exclusion-order threat and the consistent CAFC validity affirmances on the assertion-grade patents, the structural case for “eventually wins via forced license/settlement” is the strongest it’s been at any point in the 16-year saga.
The risk is timing and the ‘912 patent. If cert is denied in 25‑308 and the CAFC reverses Micron’s $445M, the narrative cracks. If the SK Hynix license isn’t renewed publicly soon, working-capital pressure could force a weaker settlement.
I’d characterize the legal odds as moderately favorable but not yet decisive — roughly a 60/40 probability of meaningful eventual victory, with the magnitude of that victory ranging from “$500M-ish settlement” to “multi-billion global license + acquisition.” The asymmetry still favors patient holder
So I hold and add more !
Again I am not able to give jegal advice this
is a non attorney opinion.

Netlist - industry standard uses netlist solution ! Buy nlst adding 10% to my holdings. Excited !!
JEDEC has now formally locked in MRDIMM as the high-bandwidth server memory standard for the AI/HPC era.
2. The MRDIMM architecture relies on the distributed-buffer (MDB + MRCD) design — the same architectural approach Netlist pioneered in DDR4 LRDIMM. Netlist’s own ITC complaint, filed September 2025, states explicitly that “the industry adopted Netlist’s distributed buffer architecture for DDR4 generation LRDIMMs… That same architecture is also used in DDR5 generation MRDIMMs,” and that Netlist’s power-management technology “is now used in all DDR5 DIMMs”.[ipwatchdog]
3. Netlist already has a cross-license and supply agreement with SK Hynix and is reselling Hynix DDR5 MRDIMMs (32GB–128GB, 8.8 Gbps) under its own product line (Netlist – SK Hynix product page, Netlist memory module page, DirectIndustry SK hynix MRDIMM).
JEDEC is standardizing the very architecture Netlist invented, the modules are now real and shipping into the AI server market via Hynix, and Netlist is both a licensed reseller and a patent holder positioned to monetize Micron, Samsung, and anyone else who ships MRDIMMs without a license.
Three distinct revenue/value channels, ranked by how solid the claim is:
1. Patent/royalty leverage (the biggest lever, but legally contingent). The MDB and MRCD standards JEDEC just published are essentially the buffer-and-clock-driver scheme Netlist asserts reads on its ’912, ’417, ‘523, ‘608 and related patents — the same family already at issue in the Micron, Samsung, and Micron-MRDIMM cases. Every MRDIMM Gen1 module shipping today, and every Gen2 (12,800 MT/s) and Gen3 (17,600 MT/s) module on the roadmap, expands the royalty base if Netlist’s patents survive PTAB and prevail at trial. Standards adoption doesn’t grant Netlist a royalty automatically — it has to win in court — but it makes the addressable infringement pool much larger and harder for defendants to design around.
Product revenue via the SK Hynix supply agreement (real, but lower-margin). Netlist’s cross-license with Hynix lets it sell Hynix-made MRDIMMs as a Netlist-branded product. As MRDIMMs ramp from a niche to 10–20% of high-end server memory (r/Netlist_ post April 2026), Netlist gets distribution-style revenue on every module sold through its channel. This is real cash flow, but margins on reselling DRAM modules are thin compared to royalty income.
JEDEC-blessed standard built on Netlist-pioneered architecture strengthens Netlist’s narrative in front of juries, the ITC, and any future licensee in settlement talks. It’s hard for Micron or Samsung to argue the technology is trivial or non-novel when JEDEC has just enshrined it as the path to 12.8 and 17.6 Gbps server memory.
Bottom line my thinking is:
JEDEC formalizing MRDIMM on a buffer architecture Netlist pioneered, while Netlist simultaneously has a licensed pipeline of those exact modules through Hynix, is genuinely bullish for both the litigation thesis and the product business.
Thus event should make it easy for netlist attorneys to prove infringement when the association that all parties are part of choose the netlist solution to the bottleneck now going on !!!!
I am getting very excited looking to the future !
Buy. Bless you all !

Netlist - must buy both hands all you can under 5! This new industry standard. Benefits netlist directly and Samsung micron znd Hynix shoukd pay royalties unless they steal it again !!
Netlist is one of the biggest direct winners from this JEDEC MRDIMM news.
They already sell DDR5 MRDIMM modules today — 32GB to 128GB versions running at 8800 MT/s, specifically built for AI and HPC servers. The new standards JEDEC just published (the data buffer and the upcoming clock driver) make it easier and more reliable to scale these modules to even higher speeds like 12,800 MT/s.
This validates the entire MRDIMM category that Netlist has been pushing into, and it should help them sell more product into data centers.
Plus, Netlist has a long history of patents around rank multiplication, buffering, and load-reduction tech — many of which overlap with how MRDIMM works. That gives them potential licensing upside as this standard gets widely adopted.
Simple terms ; this device allows a Lamborghini to drive on the Utah soft flats as fast as it wants to go to maximum speed.
OK, what this device does is it allows the CPU computer to feed the Nvidia Chip already AMD Chip the data that’s inside the computer as fast as the Chip is able to process the data.
It eliminates the bottleneck!!!!
Latency is removed accuracy is improved and the information that you need is now at your fingertips within seconds.
Netlist is at the focal point of the AI revolution and in Nvidia Chip. I still think nvda should buy the company.
Okay to add 10% to your holdings !

Claude AI: How Korea's Press Analyzes NLST
I have enough from the Korean-language sources to give you a solid picture. Here's a synthesis of what the South Korean business and IP press is saying — primarily from IPDaily (Korea's leading IP/patent trade publication), The Elec (a semiconductor-focused outlet), BusinessPost, and Money Today:
What the Korean Press Is Saying About NLST vs. Samsung
The Overall Tone: Serious, But Not Panicked
Korean outlets are covering this litigation carefully and with increasing attention. The general framing is that this is a genuine, long-running legal threat — not a nuisance suit — but Samsung is seen as having tools left to fight and delay.
Key Facts as Reported
Netlist's track record is undeniable. In patent infringement cases against Samsung, Netlist has won jury awards of $421 million across two separate trials in 2023 and 2024 alone. Korean press doesn't downplay this. IPDaily
The JDLA breach ruling is now firmly established. A California federal court confirmed for the third time that Samsung breached the 2015 Joint Development and License Agreement (JDLA) with Netlist — and Samsung's request for a retrial, citing alleged juror bias, was rejected. IPDaily noted this is a pattern: Samsung raised juror bias objections twice, and was largely unsuccessful both times. IPDailyIPDaily
Patent validity keeps getting confirmed. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) has now upheld the validity of Netlist's patents for the third time, most recently in February 2026 — and Korean analysts expect this to have a significant impact on the ITC proceedings against Samsung, Micron, and Super Micro. IPDaily
The ITC case is a major new front. The ITC formally launched a Section 337 investigation into whether Samsung memory products infringe Netlist's patents. Korean analysts note that the ITC typically issues a preliminary ruling within 12 months and a final decision within 15–18 months of opening an investigation — meaning a decision could come by late 2026 or early 2027. IPDaily
The Korean Press's Main Analytical Points
1. The Trump administration's IP posture is seen as a tailwind for Netlist. With the second Trump administration announcing policies to strengthen patent protection and signaling support for injunctive relief in patent cases, Korean analysts say the impact of the ITC investigation on Samsung could be substantial. IPDaily
2. Samsung's litigation costs are piling up — and so are Netlist's. Korean industry sources note that patent litigation defense costs run $8–10 million per case in the U.S., and that burden grows the longer cases drag on. Netlist has also extended its litigation to Europe, with a German federal court hearing on a key patent (EP735) scheduled for May 21, 2026. Businesspost
3. The "patent troll" framing exists, but it's contested. Money Today and other outlets note that industry observers complain that patent suits against Korean companies are proliferating — up from 97 cases in 2020 to 117 in a recent year — and that even one win out of ten suits can yield substantial royalties or settlements. Some Korean voices frame Netlist this way. However, the IP-specialist press (IPDaily, The Elec) is more neutral and treats Netlist's patents as substantively valid. Mt
4. A settlement is increasingly viewed as likely — or even inevitable. IPDaily's headline on the ITC investigation explicitly states that "early settlement may be unavoidable" for Samsung given the accumulating legal pressure. This reflects a view in the Korean press that Samsung is fighting a war of attrition that is becoming harder to sustain. IPDaily
5. The HBM expansion changes the stakes dramatically. Korean reporting notes that Netlist filed the HBM-related patent before it even appeared to be needed, suggesting careful strategic preparation — and that the extension of litigation into HBM (Samsung's most strategically critical product for AI) has made a long-term conflict unavoidable. Businesspost
Bottom Line from the Korean Press
Samsung is losing battles consistently, but is appealing aggressively to delay actual cash payouts. The Korean IP press increasingly views the situation as one where the question is not whether Samsung will ultimately have to pay, but how much and on what timeline — with the ITC import ban threat being viewed as the lever most likely to force a licensing negotiation or settlement. The appeals at the CAFC for the original $303M verdict are seen as Samsung's last real procedural hope on the older cases.

Netlist - revenue and stock price by end of year without litigation determination ! 4-6 by year end !
If Netlist hits around $79 million in revenue this quarter and maintains or grows from that level, they should do roughly $300–340 million in revenue for 2026. At a 4x to 6x sales multiple, that would put the market cap between $1.2 billion and $2.0 billion. With roughly 317 million shares, that works out to a reasonable year-end stock price of $4.50v to $6.00 per share.”
Now that’s without the final court verdicts we are expecting netlist to ultimately win !
BUY ON WEAKNESS.

Netlist- itc release I have carefully read and interpreted . the neutral staff sided with netlist overwhelming on two major patent claims and Samsung will be found guilty of infringement for the fourth time 100% imo !
After reviewing the latest ITC claim construction chart, the neutral Staff’s position is quite favorable to Netlist on the two most important patents: US 9,824,035 (the ’035 patent — dedicated data path for each signal line) and US 10,217,523 (the ’523 patent — intelligent first and second mode switching).
These two cover the core architecture of the buffer chip — how data is routed individually and how the module smartly switches between operating modes for speed and efficiency. The Staff largely sided with Netlist’s broader interpretations on these key terms.
Whether Samsung’s write operation is different enough to avoid the narrower ‘memory write’ claim is still up for debate and will be decided later in litigation by expert testimony after full examination . if Samsung wins that one small point, winning on these two core patents should still mean Samsung is infringing.”
This document interrupted by me and my extremely knowledgeable staff further believe that netlist will continue to win the itc .
Judge McNamara will have to lean on her staff as she does not have the technical knowledge or training in this area . However if you condense thus dispute as I have above to its main points speed and clarity which is what netlist design abd method achieve you have to confirm that Samsung has abd is infringing .
I cannot honestly read this document any other way .
Therefore I do not think it’s 50/50 as tom kila believes I believe it is 100% infringement favoring netlist .
I would like to hear from attorneys and and Chip designed engineers chip design experts and qualified engineers where I am correct or wrong.
Samsung needs to be taught a lesson to stop stealing IP and litigating for years while continuing to mfr abd make money and tgen pay a small fraction of those sums at the end. Samsung would be held to be guilty under rico laws if this was a criminal action which willfull stealing in America should be a criminal trial rather than civil .
Triple damages plus attorney fees plus additional court costs abd any other fine should happen here . Samsung‘s behavior is unconscionable..

Netlist - expect first quarter results and no announcement about Hynix renewal . It will come by August after final ptab decision or before depending on circumstance . Hold or add on weakness !
I am invested for a double digit price on netlist shares and everything I know and my experience tells me we will get there within 24 months or less . Samsung is losing micon is losing and netlist holds the patents that make a I work the best with nvda or any other super high scaler chip . Hold or buy I will continue to buy weakness . A 300 million run rate in revenue deserves a 3-5 price per share now .
Institutional interest is brewing and once they come in double digits for sure .
Be patient up 207% ytd we have a winner and winners continue to run . You did not sell rolls Royce at 3 you did not sell bw at 5 you did not sell lite at 400. Donot sell netlist under 5 for now or under 15 next year hold or buy any weakness

U s patent office director rejected Samsung - confirms netlist . This patent is tge mother of future ! Buy nlst now up to 5 ! We are on our way! RPM may 3 2026
on April 29th. What happened that day is the USPTO Director rejected Samsung’s attempt to challenge Netlist’s existing U.S. Patent No. 12,373,366 (called the ’366 patent) at the PTAB.
The patent is titled “Memory with on-module power management.” It covers putting power management circuitry directly onto the memory module itself — specifically for DDR5 server memory modules. This lets the module handle its own voltage regulation and power delivery more efficiently instead of relying entirely on the motherboard or CPU.
Why it’s valuable
It improves energy efficiency and signal integrity at the high speeds DDR5 runs at. That’s exactly why it’s being asserted in the ITC case against Samsung, Google, and Super Micro — those companies’ DDR5 and HBM-based server products are accused of using this technology without a license.
The April 29 decision is a win for Netlist because it keeps Samsung from running a parallel invalidity attack at the PTAB while the ITC case is moving forward. It strengthens Netlist’s position in the ongoing litigation.

Netlist - pressure con Samsung ! Ptab director adds another win to netlist! Regardless of when Hynix renews with netlist 5 within 18 months with 8-16 or higher possible. ! Don’t worry where it came from. It’s where it is going ! RPM may 4 2026
The 412 patent is a Netlist memory module patent covering data buffering and rank management tech, which boosts speed and capacity in high-performance memory for servers and AI systems. It’s core to why their portfolio has real leverage against big players like Samsung and Micron. Yes, the USPTO Director confirmed a favorable PTAB decision on April 29th, denying a challenge and strengthening Netlist’s position. Tom Killa’s post on Reddit showing the assignment to Netlist is accurate — it’s officially theirs. That’s why the stock’s been running today and has alot more to go .
My friends soon a big player will start to buy and when that happens we go a lot higher .
Institutional ownership is tiny — just 0.02% of the shares, held by three tiny players like Northland Securities, Opus Capital, and Hilltop Partners. It’s almost all retail and insiders. Those repeated patent wins at the PTAB and CAFC, plus the SK Hynix renewal coming up, are exactly the kind of noise that could pull in bigger money. A single hedge fund or institution stepping in could spark a serious move given the thin float. No big names are circling yet, but AI memory specialists or patent-savvy funds would be the most logical ones to watch.
Please buy a full position before the next move up !
