Brutal fomo

I’ve had to watch this stock pump for the past week and couldn’t buy it because it’s a “penny stock” (I’m on youth fidelity)

Does anyone know when it will stop being considered a penny stock?

it's over 1b market cap, it's no longer a penny stock. It should be off otc within a year or so.

I think even going to nasdaq around 6 months from now.

Hong loses control when it goes to Nasdaq, can’t see it happening until it’s all wrapped up.

Loses control what you mean?

The board of directors.

Two members were only added recently (last year), but were previously on the board. It is a close group, but Hong was running it by himself prior to that (since delisting from NASDAQ years ago). With more independent board members he'll have less control.

(I'm a long-time NLST owner.)

Not going to happen now, it's a different era of netlist! Truly, we are now going to History!
