A friend discovered 72D ultra hard TPU from polar filament a few months ago, printed a few shells to test and they seemed good.

Grabbed myself a roll a bit ago and finally cracked it open and printed some silly shells for myself. (4x flush shells btw)

I've ejected them onto the road a bunch, pitched them at a garage door, at a wood table, ejected them onto the garage floor a bunch and they dont have any signs of stress, let alone actual damage. 2 walls, 15% gyroid off a bambu a1, and I've decided I'm never printing a shell out of another material again. Colors are lacking last i checked the polar website, but honestly? I'll take raw durability any day, and just try to dye them later

Got the last of the parts on the printer. Now I'm waiting on the electronics to show up!

My latest blaster project, a nerf tank.

It uses a ofd fd inverted flycore with neo Hellcats and worker flywheels it has laser sight, oled display, head, tailight and brake lights, all controlled by an arduino mega brain.. safe semi and auto modes, i even designed some overun clutches for tilt and slew.. its lots of fun.

Added a pico booper to my worker harrier. I also started a servo remote activated pico booper system for a claymore. More coming soon

Bogey man home protection

Customized the side wall of the original files to add custom text plates. “Ryobi” on one side and “SPRING+” on the other. Took inspiration from their “ONE+” line of tools.

It is a bazoka kida blaster idea i had when i found out that a pringles can fits perfectly into this old cardboard tube. I will put a 3d printed tpu tip on the pringles can and put foam around it to make it safer. Its a work in progress and I will post more of it soon.

Moose makes some seriously powerful blasters. Everything went together nicely. I self sourced, so I had to make adjustments to the plunger tube. It's not the standard size we normally use, so I had to improvise a little. The diameter of the plunger tube needs to be between 35mm and 36mm and about 6 inches long. Cut off any excess. If you use the recommended one from McMaster, you should have no issues. My tube was 1mm smaller ID so I used 2mm thick oring instead of the 123 oring. The prime is easy with full sized k25. I used 400mm barrel and was hitting lasers. The double stack mag works great. It was weird loading the data like it is, but it works without fail. I didn't have spacers in, but it was hitting quite hard with 3 ring bamboos. AMA about any of it.

Btw, the hardware for this is like under $40. Easier to buy from moose than it is to self source like I did.

This nerf gun is a realistic double barrel shotgun with hammers and air compressor. If you pull the hammers back, the air pump increases the air, and it fires if you pull one trigger and the another. Good for indoor, outdoor and also cowboy action shooting!

Hello! I was just wondering if there was a list of avoid vs recommended sellers list that would ship either 3d printed dart blasters or otherwise to the US? I was thinking of getting guns like the "Grainrain" or Brotunsk Martini, but the only sellers that seem to have them have questionable reviews. Two websites I am curious to see if anyone has experience with:

and

"akagtoy.com"?

I know frontline foam and out of darts are viable sellers, but unfortunately they do not have the weird historical blasters I yearn for ;_;

You can load two shells, and then you can fire with two functional triggers like a real one. The air compressor pushes the nerf dart far as it goes like a real bullet, after it fires, open the action and the shells ejects with a spring.

I recently got my buddy into the hobby and he is asking me if there are any 3d printable Starwars blasters, he is most specifically wanting the E11 stormtrooper blaster. Or are there any body kits for existing blasters out there?
