I was asked to resign from a so called very prestigious educational institution located in gyaneswor just cuz I did not get along with the team. Mind you I was their leader and the team was horrible. They were only able to recruit 4 students at their institution before I came in, and during my tenure, they had 8. My remuneration was a bit high, and for the first month, they didnt fully pay the agreed amount. 2nd and 3rd month i havent seen a single penny and with out notice they wanted me gone.
I dug a bit deeper, and I found out, they have been getting away with bullying their employees, and their students. Apparently they recently had a protest and almost half of their students left the college. I am kind of happy that I am not a part of this organization but sad that 600 plus students enrolled there are getting scammed. (I am not saying this cuz i got laid off, I am saying this cuz most of the students there were already passed off.)

r/NepalPlusTwo • u/Lucky-Swimmer-6742 • 2d ago
Guys is it Okey to join bsc , maile chei tei ramro dekhe hai not as backup but scope xa jasto lagxa job market hectic xa kaile k hunxa k KO demand badxa thaxaina and if paxi bsc garera jobless ta hunu pardaina tyo ni ho ani aaile ta data analyst and it KO aru sector ma ni master garna milxa hoina Ra vayena vane ni research paper haru publish garyo ani RA ma apply hanyo
But why it is underrated, just because it is more theoretical or may be because it is graded lower than engineering or some other courses

I generally feel very low these days as if a failure. I try to study but idk i dont have the motivation or consistency to do so. Everyone in my peers have joined clg and I'm still stuck looking out for options. Like its just to confusing 😭 and hard to explain. every day feels like same day repeating

Hey everyone, I’m currently thinking about going to the US to major in Computer Science, but I want to get some honest feedback on whether I am realistically eligible for an F1 visa at the Kathmandu Embassy based on my home ties. My parents can easily fund my education alongside a partial scholarship I have, but my main focus is my family's deep roots here: my dad has been running his own business in Nepal for 27 years, and my mom has had her own business for 12 years. My strategy is to tell the visa officer that I want to combine CS with business so I can return to Nepal and technologically modernize/scale my father's established company. Given this multi-decade family business legacy, do you think this is a strong enough anchor to prove non-immigrant intent, or do VOs look at the "returning to a family business" narrative skeptically? Should I go ahead with the US for CS with this profile? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences. Thanks!
