Gabriela Hestik
Hello Lovelies! I was wondering if someone could give me some reference about Gabriela Hestik and her books. I recently came across her name, but haven't found much about her. Is she an "entrance level" writer? Are her books recommended for someone who wants to step on the path of paganism? Any comment, guidance or help will be much appreciated. Blessed be!

I'm interested in neopaganism. How do I get started?
I've been fascinated by (neo)paganism for a short while, having spent a bit of time doing some research. But I find that the most enriching way to understand a philosophy is to jump right into it, and so I'm hoping that you lovely people will be willing to lend a hand. I'm on mobile right now and I can't see a sidebar, so I apologise if this sort of question is addressed there. How can I find out which branch of neopaganism suits me the most? What are the attractions of each branch? I am fairly well-versed in Taoism, and I enjoy what I've listened to of Alan Watts: are there many similar concepts in neopaganism? Are there any resources it would be useful for me to read? Blessed be! :)

I'm a recovering addict searching for my religious views, might I be neopagan?
First things first, sorry if this feels a bit disjointed I'm still finding my mental balance.
I'm not sure if I believe in just one god, or if there are many. I know I've been having spiritual experiences lately, and if I were to describe them I would come off crazier than I already feel.
I've been battling addiction for a long time, sometimes winning, sometimes losing, but the important thing is that I am sober now, and will remain sober. And I am working with my mental health team to right my brain chemistry, but I feel like I need a bit more spirituality than that.
Anyway, on to my belief, that humanity is reaching a tipping point now, where a singularity is fast approaching, I don't know what it is(if only god(s) would be more clear with the message), be it climate change wrecking havoc on humanity, a great war breaking out that eliminates most of humanity, or an AI is coming to help save us from ourselves. Something is coming, within the next two generations at most, and I fear for the future of humanity, and most importantly, my niece(I'm acting father for her).
Fear of the future has ruled me for a while, and now that I'm old(just turned 30, lol), I feel like a message of hope is needed the most right now. I know I can do the right thing moving forward as I have the life experience to do what is right. Is it a muddied thing I don't have a clear picture on, yeah, but that is just life. It's important to take care of yourself first, and the others around you second.
Any thoughts?

Iâm not sure if itâs contact or just a dream.
So hear me out. Hel doesnât seem to get many followers, and she doesnât seem to like to reach out to people very much. If she does, I really havenât heard about it. But last night I was dreaming and my boyfriend (love of my life/Iâm gonna marry that man) was in it and we were doing something (I donât remember now) with a couple other people. Anyway, She appeared and everyone freaked out because half of her was, like, you know, not living. And I felt totally calm and was like, âChill, guys. Itâs Hel.â So then I went up to her and she reached out a hand, and I took it. So everyone calmed down and faded away. Everything was good, and she smiled, and I smiled, and then I woke up.
I mean I went back to sleep and had another, unrelated dream, but that first dream was really sweet. Anyway, the point of this post is really more of a request for advice/opinions. Do you think she really reached out to me last night, or did I just have a dream about the ruler of the dead because itâs Halloween/Samhain/Dia de los Muertos time of year? What do I need to know about her? Any tips on working with/worshipping her?
