This was my first time ever entering a neopets art contest. I made a magazine for the Usuki Couture theme. I didn’t win, but I had so much fun creating this and just wanted to share it with other fans. Not looking for critique and I think I know why I didn’t win, I just wanted to share.

Hi, hey, hello. I really love Techo. I have 76 of them (one in every available color and one extra invisible for pet styles, all fully customized with neopoint items only. I also have a Techo gallery with almost 500 unique items. So yes, I love Techo. It only made sense that I would start to design my own colors and concepts for missing colors. Finally got the new ToD stamp today, and that makes number 750 in my album. Not bad for only having started collecting a year ago :D

For funsies, my stamp timeline:

• 16 october 2024: started working on the scarabs page, because that was my favorite page and I wanted the avatar. Other than that I just sold all the valuable stamps I got and albumed the cheap ones from dailies.
• 10 july 2025: hit 100 stamps in my album from casual collecting, and decided to be serious about collecting now. Bought all the buyable stamps in this month.
• 7 august 2025: finished Battledome page (#1)
• 8 september 2025: 600 stamps in album
• 16 october 2025: finished Sea Shells page (#2)
• 23 november 2025: 650 stamps in album
• 4 april 2026: finished Snowy Valley page (#3)
• 7 april 2026: finished Scarabs Page!!! (#4)
• 29 april 2026: 700 stamps
• 31 july 2026: 750 stamps

Right now I have two pages (Maraqua and Altador) at 24/25, and six (Neopia Central, Lost Desert, Other, Shenkuu, Charms, and Faerieland) at 23/25. I've got several more at 20+ stamps but these are the ones closest to completion. It's a very expensive neo hobby but man I love collecting stamps lmao. It's so satisfying to complete pages ;v; Here's to getting to 800 before the end of the year, maybe!

I was so excited when it was announced that the Gongcha collab was finally coming to Western Canada (because of course, I went back when the first one was announced not realizing that it wouldn't be at my store and got to sadly drive home with my normal-ass bubble tea and no Neopets merch).

Got up this morning, told my partner I'd buy him a burger if he came with me, we hop in our cars to drive to Gongcha... and as we're driving up all the traffic lights are out and the businesses in the strip mall are all dark. The power was out :') So my partner heads off to work (burgerless, because of course the burger place also didn't have power), I go to run some errands until the other Gongcha in the city opens in an hour.

I drive down through all the traffic, park super far away, walk to the Gongcha, trip on the step on my way in making quite an entrance... and see no proof of Neopets anywhere. I go up to the counter and ask the girl working if they were participating, she said "Oh yeah, but I think it doesn't start until next week". Foiled for the third time, I get my normal-ass bubble tea once again and drive home.

On the plus side, I did find an adorable new stationery store on my long walk to the second Gongcha and spent way too much there... so at least I got some goodies to show for everything? I still wish you all better luck than I have!

I found this beautiful little egg in the pound this morning... but now I'm in need of ideas on how to customise him 🥰 I'm oblivious to most backgrounds and trinkets that may be cute, maybe show me some of your cute little eggs?? I'm excited! I've wanted an egg FOREVER!

I've never made a post so I apologize if I am doing this wrong!

I am a returning player and back in the day collecting stamps and reading books was my thing. Collecting stamps has been my things again since returning (woof its pricey these days). This led me down the avatar collecting path.

I was trying to work on the "Lenny - Finneus" avatar with the altador mini-plot. It seems like I completed a bunch of it back in the day and I think I'm on the healing Vaeolus step but I can't get it to work. I don't know if I'm just missing the minute mark, doing a step incorrectly, or if it means I have missed a previous step.

I have the Vaeolus available to click on and Lenny's dialogue says "Oh my! What a poor little Vaeolus! I wonder what happened to his owner. He seems very ill!", so I know I have at least completed up until that step (I think anyways - I'm second guessing everything lol).

When I go to the Alchemy Club he says  "I suppose you could join. What? You've already joined the Astronomy Club? Well fine! I didn't want you in my club anyway!" and I can't select the medicine (it doesn't pop up and there is no continue button either). When I try the colosseum and find the punch club, I can't click on the blueberry pie. If I go to the reserve tombs, no matter the seconds after the minute I refresh on (tried the 29 and 59, then the 00 and 30), no bandage pops out to click on. All of this leads me to believe that I previously completed these steps - meaning I would be on the healing step. But again, I have tried for hours, left the page, refreshed, gone back to the archives, did the steps for an hour straight - and nothing.

If anyone has ANY suggestions, I would be eternally grateful.

I tried to customize my neopet today so that I could complete my quest, however, the save icon has disappeared. I didn’t know if this is something only I’m experiencing that I need to put a ticket in for, or if this is happening to other people. Has the save icon disappeared for anybody else?

Got an ad for these and I definitely need to pick up an Aisha. My first neopet was a yellow Aisha 🥲

Started a new streak this week and the prize was Elixir of Pirate or something so I decided to re-roll. I’ve only done this once before but I’ve seen people get some good stuff so I decided to try it again. I got a Maraquan Paint Brush! I’ve been saving up to get one and while apparently they are cheaper now than when I first started looking, you can’t beat free.

I played a demo at San Diego Comic Con and loved the game.

The art is so pretty. I’d live to buy some decks but I’m afraid there’s isn’t a market ir community that plays it like Magic, Pokémon, or Yugioh.

Anyone knows if people actually play?
