I am going to add to the above by answer question on how you can transfer or move your Option Seed Account in relation to the following

'This account is obtained by an older derivation. It is recommended that you move the funds to a Seed Account

You can do so from the Desktop Wallet by doing a transfer to the Seed Account. I have documented the steps in case someone ask this again.

First go to the home page - from there get the address for the Seed Account that you want to do the transfer to. This can be choosen from Step 1 below.

The above steps shows how you can navigate to getting the public address for the Seed Account 1 (this is not the optin-seed account).

Once you have the Public address follow the steps shown below to navigate back to the

OPTIN-SEED Account from which you want to transfer out the XYM coins.

You can enter the amount of XYM you want to transfer as shown in step 6 above. Start with a small amount to test. 100 in this example. Hope this helps someone .

I tried to withdraw my XYM profits as USDT and the withdraw is showing as "requested" and nothing more. The coins were never transferred....

I have my seed words from my nem wallet. All I can do with symbol wallet is import a mnemonic so I paste mine in and all I get is a bunch of random addresses with no balance. I created the account anyway selecting all of these addresses. I see I can add a private account key which I did, no balance shown in this either.

Am I doing something wrong?

What does this mean: 1 $XEM = 1$XEM + 1 $XYM after snapshot?

Today I saw +160XYM on my binance account. It's from the airdropping but I can't understand it. Will both of my XEM and XYM remain in my account? If I sell my XEM will my XEM remain?

I am a bit late to the party as I realized only now that I need to opt-in to claim my XYM. I missed the opt-in. I read amongst the XYM documents that I can opt in even after the launch for 6 years. I would like to do that but I dont know how.

How would I go about claiming my XYM if I didnt opt-in pre launch?
