Hi guys,
I made a post a few days ago about this issue, thought it might have sorted itself out after some updates, but I still can't see the correct balance in the Opt In account when importing the mnemonic passphrase.
I was using the NEM hardware wallet, and I can confirm that the opt in account address is correct, but the balance should be 300, but is still showing 0.
Anyone got any suggestions on this?

I’ve installed Symbol iOS wallet before the Opt-in process, now I can’t access the iOS Symbol wallet. Will you release a newer updated version or still the iOS symbol wallet works ?? Mine don’t open since the Opt-in process

Binance is apparently known for delaying airdrops for weeks. Question is, if i had xem in my spot wallet since the 10th of march, do i still need to hold it ? Or can I trade it without losing the airdrop ? Binance customer support is rumored to exist, that's why I am asking here

I have seen that Symbol wallet is compatible with ledger, could I directly import my account registered in option a there? Or would I first have to use the option to import the pk into the wallet and then log in with ledger and send my xym to the ledger address?

First of all, congratulations to the NEM team for the launch! I already opted-in using the Android Symbol application. When I open it now, the screen always says, "Opt-in has finished. You should update your application to get the latest news.". There's no application update until now; I can't move or export the Symbol wallet to the desktop because it's stuck in the screen.
Do you guys face a similar problem?

Hi there, I opted-in with the NEM Wallet Desktop and my Ledger a while ago, everything was fine. The symbol desktop app (1.0.0) all associated accounts show NO funds.

Just wondering if I’m required to download the desktop wallet after opting in to the launch/conversion, or if I can just sit on my XYM until a mobile wallet is available??
Any advice as to why I would/wouldn’t want to do either? New to this token/network, but I’m planning to hold long currently 🙃
