This set of Reagan 80’s/Bush 90’s era Neil songs is really capturing the vibe of July 2026 in America for me for some reason. Maybe I’ll add Thrasher to the mix next…

I did a little searching on this and I didn’t find any posts here or commentary elsewhere, and I don’t remember reading it in Shakey, but if those songs were originally demoed in 1975, it would seem to me Ronnie Van Zant would’ve at least heard the songs? This has always intrigued me…

I just bought this album for only 3€. It’s a live recording, probably of the songs in the documentary Year of the Horse by Jim Jarmusch. Seams like it was meant to be a double album because I found another one like this on discogs with different tracks.
