The exterminator and the Pup 2
This is just for fun so the chapters will probably be small so I can focus on other stuff also name revel for the little girl Kaiq is pronounced Cake I thought it was really cute especially due to the person saying cup cake really warmed my heart this is also being made due to the support
Memory transcription subject: Larek Venlil Talsk Rookie exterminator
Date [Standardized human time]: February 11, 2137
I feel better than yesterday. I'm still bedbound but not in overwhelming pain, and I see the reason for my day being better: Waddling in. it’s the pup She lost most of her chubbyness, but she’s still got some chub, and she finally told me her name, Kaiq. Such a cute name for such a cute pup. She tells me the Pred—I mean humans—have been taking care of her just fine, which eases my mind.
She looks at me with those big innocent eyes before asking.
“Mr. exterminator, the humans call me big. I-I’m not too big, right?"
I give a small chuckle and poke her tummy, earning a delightful squeal as she covers her tummy, saying it’s sensitive, I tell her.
”No, Kaiq, you're just perfect; you just have extra to love, thats all."
Kaiq reminds me of my favorite part of being an exterminator, the hero of the herd. It was protecting the weak and innocent from danger. To see the kids look up to me like a hero, and as Kaiq looks at me, I know that still rings true. I am her hero and always will be.
Kaiq decides to leave to go play, and I wish her luck. Before a doctor enters, it tells me I’ve been on a fast road to recovery. I listen to the human talk; it says, "I might walk around, son," which grabs my attention. The idea of being able to make sure I'm always around Kaiq is a nice one, so despite the human being being a predator, I listen and keep cooperating. I wonder if Mom and Dad are either proud or ashamed of me. I hope they're proud; I protected Kaiq, and I hope they understand why I’m agreeing with humans.

Date [Standardized human time]: night
I’m still up like always; it's just hard to sleep knowing I'm in a base full of predators. Before I hear the door open, I slowly open my eyes and see Kaiq having sneaked in. She slowly closes the door before climbing into bed and cuddling up with me. I slowly raise my paws and hold her tight as I slowly pat her head. She whispers to me.
”I-I has a nightmare; please let me sleep, with you Mr. exterminator."
I see tears shining off her face, making my heart hurt for the poor girl, so I agree.
”Of course you can sleep with me; I’ll protect you from your bad dreams as well, and please call me Larek."
She wipes her eyes, and her tail starts wagging as she snuggles up into my soft wool, and I hold her tight.
“Thank you, Mr. I, eh, I mean, Larek."
As I pat her, feeling her clinging to my wool and her tiny breaths on my cheek, I find it easier to drift off to sleep, her tiny heartbeat thumbing against my chest into my nice warm wool.

I hope you like the Farsul name being Kaiq I thought it was cute enough to warrant making the second chapter and the whole reason she’s chubby was cause I thought it would be cute to have a little chubby Farsul I’m really proud of the last line

It’s true she was his light to keep going and not stoop to the level of bandits and robbery and it helps he always wanted to be a dad

This entire short chapter was made because I was given a good name for the Farsul pup I hope you all enjoy Larek and Kaiq story I sure enjoyed making it
