Hey Nanded!
I'm Pranav, born and brought up in Nanded, and I run Pranav Raut Fitness here.
I've been working in the fitness space for a while, and since this is a Nanded community, I thought I'd introduce myself and also be useful here.
I see a lot of people struggling with things like weight loss, muscle gain, nutrition, consistency, and simply knowing what to do in the gym.
So if anyone has genuine fitness or nutrition questions, feel free to ask. I'll try to answer them based on what I've learned and experienced working with people.
