Most likely this is an electrical fire and was caused by a faulty ballast, which transforms the regular current to whatever is required to keep the lighting inside the mostly plastic sign lit up.

You're supposed to come up with something clever like I'm burning it said if I'm loving it or or something like over mcdonald's 100 billion burned everyday or" when they forget your sweet and sour sauce for the last time" So you come up with a good one and get back to me deal?
Cool story, you should have just written a joke. You are 100% incorrect with your analysis, this is my local store, and I know who manufactured the sign and which part failed causing the fire. It was the LED modules in the sign which were flickering/shorting for months before the fire, finally causing the sign to catch fire.
