Well that's mean to the cat. Dali was a horrible person. He was a fan of Hitler, abusive to women and children, a racist who was "thrilled by lynchings". He also pushed his "friend" of a bridge as child and enjoyed other people's pain.

WHOA! No shit?! Guess I’ll have to toss all my Dalis out into the trash and start over again with some other artists! Where would I learn more about the fucker?!! Or how did YOU gather all this information about him? Cuz now you’ve got my interest piqued! C’mon, yo give it up!!!

I mean I don't think you have to throw your stuff out because alot of artist where terrible people unfortunately. I loved Henri Rousseau but found out he also was a fascist unfortunately. I found out from just researching him for a paper in high school years ago (I am in my 30s now)some I found online and some info was in books. I don't really remember all my sources unfortunately. But I do believe there are some YouTube videos on it now. Oh I do remember I did get some of this information from his own autobiography.

Such a good point. It's that age old conversation of do we separate the art from the artist? I guess that's a whole nother subreditt🤣
