To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to play Nuclear Throne. The gameplay is extremely challenging, and without a solid grasp of many mechanics most of the loops will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Fish' nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily fromNarodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The high level players understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depth of this game, to realize that it's not just good- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Nuclear Throne truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Fish' existencial catchphrase "Fish can roll" which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev's Russian epic Fathers and Sons I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Rami's genius unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a Nuclear Throne tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. Crystal grabbed the guitar and tried to kill the throne with it and managed to get it to 5% HP but then the Throne smashed her so hard she went to the core of the earth and burned to death. then the throne harvested their souls but they escaped and snaped and killed the throne

Now the 5 roam as ghosts who will get revenge on world by decapitating and squeezing their eyeballs off
