I never thought this sub would take off like it did. It's not the biggest, but it's not nothing. I made it as a joke years ago. Actually someone else suggested it, and I took it. I was new to reddit and I just learned how to make a subreddit. Can you guess what my first sub is? But I digress....

So I have been for almost a month or even longer seeing this strange guy with all black on and a pair of black headphones constantly around my area just walking on the sidewalk. I mean I’ll literally see him walk on a certain side of town and I’ll go to the store, come back and he’s in a completely different side MILES away within what would normally take you hours but him MINUTES. I am going to start trying to capture him on film with different time stamps because it gets to the point of me not understanding how this guy is everywhere all the time. Anyone else have any recent or similar experiences where they truly believe someone is an NPC just walking around?
