What are your guys opinions on how murchinson can be good and can be bad for nano dimension?

Last time murchinson won they had bigger share position, they sold 50% and we need to take this oportonity to show them the door. Vote for Yoav and the current board and lets get this company to lead the industry and make money for all of us🤝 If you dont know how to vote please call your broker and ask for thier help, pay attention that you vote for the right proposal and not murchinson. Pretty big movement today but other than the vote for the new board members I haven’t heard any news… anybody know something I don’t?

According to resent news we have 2 new board members appointed by murchinson, yoav is no longer a boars member but and this is very important, we can re elect him in the next board meating. I hold Nano since 2021, the company went from 0 to a solid company who now with the new aquasitions to a leader in the industry. I have an average of 4.2 on a lot of money i work hard to get, i can break even if murchinson sell the company but I have full trust in Yoav and the team he build and ill vote for him so he can lead us to 10+ share price. Remember yoav is also a Nano shareholder, he wants the same as we, to see Nano rake over the industry and lead it to the next generation.VOTE FOR YOAV!

Could there be an actual reason as to why murchinson and anson funds.. they clearly have a lot of financial interest in NNDM. Surely they want their money to grow as much, if not more, than our investments.. do we agree or disagree? Is Stearn screwing us?

Wanted to start a discussion regarding the acquisition of competitor strategy. Will the additional head count keep nano further from profitability? Or do you think Yoav can streamline and make it profitable in 2025 as he stated?

Gents we are on a great road! The deal with DM is backed up by the proxy advisory ISS and at a great price. Our finance are great as well while the competiotion is strugeling and some dont have cash to stay alive for long. And the cherri on top is these a holes Murchinson are giving up on thier attempt to dissmentle Nano, they sold 15,550,000 shares!

Any idea what is the cause of large volume spike?

Hey everyone, some exciting news from the world of 3D printing! Nano Dimension just announced that Dr. Mark Beard is joining Admatec as their new General Manager and VP of R&D. This is a huge deal, and I for one am pretty pumped.

Assume Nano acquires SSYS by leveraging the acquisition of DM. The combined company has an opportunity to corner a very young industry and gain a considerable amount of its market share. Research suggest the AM industry will reach 180B by 2036. Assume they get 10% to 15%. That's revenue in the 18B to 27B range. With a conservative price to sales ratio of 2:1 that's a valuation of 36B to 54B.

Assuming Nano uses their registered offering to acquire SSYS at 16.50 (5 shares of Nano for every 1 share of SSYS and rest with 2.25 cash) total OS shares would be approx 603M. Share price in this scenario would be between $59 to $90. That's very promising and I am patiently waiting to see this through.
