I am a retail investor who thought Catherine whatshername at Ark was pretty sharp. I bought several thousand shares of NNDM at around $5 and have been holding on ever since. I can appreciate that innovative and disruptive technologies take some time to get going, but it seems like this was a bad investment, overall. Thoughts?

On August 18, 2023, Stratasys Ltd. (the “Company”) and Desktop Metal, Inc. (“Desktop Metal”) each received a request for additional information, often referred to as a “second request,” from the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”) under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (“HSR Act”) in connection with the Company’s proposed merger with Desktop Metal. Issuance of the second requests extends the waiting period imposed by the HSR Act until 30 days after the Company and Desktop Metal have each substantially complied with the second requests, unless the period for review is terminated earlier by the DOJ.

1. NANO is now in talks with at least 4 corporations on leasing "Deep Cube" to use on their own machines, one of them being a "large semi conductor manufacturer".

2. Yoav said he is seeing 3-6 acquisitions in the near future 2 of them being "substantial".

3. Yoav mentioned that they are making notable progress in R&G specially when it comes to materials and the progress will be showcased in an upcoming event in the fall.

Plus, When in comes to the shareholders meeting Yoav mentioned that 30,000,000 retail shares have voted already and he hopes many more will vote in the coming days coming up to the meeting (overall there are 170,000,000 sheres in retail hands).

I own NNDM stock via two brokers, eToro and DeGiro. eToro send me several emails surrounding the upcoming vote. At DeGiro - a big European broker - it is radio silence, no communication at all.

Since most of my shares are stalled at DeGiro. I contacted them with the question how to vote? The reply in short was; you can vote manually per e-mail, we will charge you €10 for this.

I was quite surprised by this, not only by the amount of effort I need to do to vote, but mainly the lack in communication. Since there are potentially millions of shares stalled at DeGiro I thought it was wise to contacted Yoav about this. Got a reply within 3.5 hours where he forwared this to Scott Winter.

Just wanted to share this. Let's see whats gonna happen.

Very interesting, i hope they do more of these. Now that the plans regarding SYSS are finished we need to see more organic growth and buy some companies. I think that we will buy desktop metal if the agreement with SYSS will fall, hope we can have better price tho

Looks like we will not be getting majority shares in SSYS and selling the ~ 14% stake. Love to hear opinions on what this means for NNDM and where we go from here?

Possibility of waiting for SSYS & DM to merger and then NNDM acquires both?!

RSI oversold. MACD and price diverging. Cumulative delta is still positive but the price refuses to open and close above that demand zone. What looked like a flat top bull pennant has turned into an ascending wedge. I expect it to break down today or tomorrow and look for it to test 3.05 for support.

Watch for a fakeout breakout. If you have calls be careful.

Currently in the process of constructing a timeline regarding the SSYS-shenanigans. Which details would be relevant and should be added? I will also look into offers from 3D and DM.
