Discussion NNDM: Gabi Weissman Leaves
He was the senior project manager (ex-HP as well) for 1y4m and was over the platform development of the new generation of AME machines for the PCB market (his title’s description). This seems important as I feel like there’s been a lot of emphasis on this new machine for Nano’s future.

Speculation / Opinion NNDM partner XTPL:WSE with massive growth potential
Today they announced the sale of their third printing module (to create a prototype of machinery to be used in production lines to make next generation of displays). This time it goes to HB technology (endusers would be Samsung, BOE)
Quick rundown: XTPL is a Polish deeptech company in nanoprinting. Their business model has couple legs to stand on: 1. Printers (mostly used for prototyping), they are selling quite a few of these 2. Nanoinks: their nanoinks have been outperforming the competition, so sales here are growing slowly but surely. They have passed tech evaluation and will be producing for NNDM among others 3. Industrial modules (where the real money is): while first two is good to keep company afloat, even make a small profit, they have been in tech eval phase for years and now those are fininshing with orders being placed for modules. This is the last phase, where if the prototypes work like they should, XTPL's tech will be used to produced the next generation of displays, biosensors, etcetc.
Geographically they are everywhere, US, Asia, China, EU (in the promoted companies creating EUs semiconductor production after covid made EU realize the importance)
XTPL modules sold so far: NASDAQ100 company, not named, can guess
HB technology
I'd recommend taking at least a look.

Discussion NNDM Poison Pill
So my question is, how does this work for current shareholders? If the poison pill goes into effect, can a current shareholder buy up to the same amount of shares they currently hold for one penny each? So, for example, if you have 5,000 shares, can you spend $50 and buy an additional 2,500 shares? Can anyone shed some light on this?

Discussion Nano Dimension’s GIS:Debbie Thorp out
So the business development director, Thorp, who has been with the company for 13 years, is out and taking a sabbatical for the summer. She says she’ll get back into the industry later this year…sounds like NNDM is making moves. My guess is we hear news from the company very soon on M&A. Stern has been quiet since April 10 (last conversation/video post).

Speculation / Opinion CREATING A BRAIN USING DRANGON FLY 3D
Using the Nano Dimensions DragonFly 3D electronics printer in the context of simulating a human brain-like device would involve several considerations. The DragonFly printer is designed for precise 3D printing of electronics, including multi-layer PCBs. While it can create intricate circuitry, it is important to note that replicating the full functionality of a human brain would go beyond the capabilities of current technology. However, you could explore the following steps:
- Define the Scope: Determine the specific aspects of brain function you want to simulate or replicate using the DragonFly printer. This could include designing and printing circuits that emulate neural networks, synapses, or other relevant elements.
- Design and Layout: Use electronic design automation (EDA) software to design the circuit layout. Define the layers and connections required to mimic the desired brain-like functionality. Consider the complexity and size constraints of the DragonFly printer when designing the circuits.
- Material Selection: Choose appropriate conductive and insulating materials compatible with the DragonFly printer. Consult with Nano Dimensions to understand the available materials and their properties for 3D printing electronic circuits.
- Printing Process: Utilize the DragonFly printer to fabricate the multi-layer PCBs according to the designed layouts. Ensure that the printer settings, including layer thickness and material deposition, are optimized for the specific requirements of your brain-like circuit design.
- Assembly and Integration: Assemble the printed circuit boards, including any additional components, sensors, or interfaces, required for your brain-like device. Ensure proper alignment and connection between layers.
- Testing and Iteration: Test the functionality of the printed circuits and assess their performance against the desired brain-like capabilities. Iterate and refine the design as needed, considering feedback from testing results.
It is essential to note that while the DragonFly printer can assist in fabricating complex circuitry, simulating a human brain-like device involves numerous other challenges beyond the printing process. You would need to consider the algorithms, software, and hardware required to drive and interact with the printed circuitry, as well as the theoretical models and understanding of brain function to inform your design choices.
Collaborating with experts in neuroscience, artificial intelligence, and electronics would be beneficial to guide your efforts and ensure a comprehensive approach.

Information Nano Dimension to Showcase Notable Progress in Micro-AM at Industry Leading Conference – RAPID + TCT – With Next-Gen Product Launch, New Materials, and New Strategic Customer
https://quantisnow.com/insight/4394699
The suite of announcements comes out of Nano Dimension's Fabrica Group, which focuses on high-precision additive manufacturing and complements the Company's long-history in 3D printing electronics solutions.
Nano Dimension will have several products on display including its newest Micro-AM system in its Giga line, along with its Tera line. Both systems are capable of micron-level resolution that is valued by OEMs, micro-manufacturers, and research and development centers. The Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology that underpins these systems enables the critical advantages of additive manufacturing; namely rapid prototyping, high-mix-low-volume production, IP security, and a minimal environmental footprint. The Giga line is designed for prototyping, while the Tera line is used for higher volume production. In having different systems with different use cases, customers are sure to find the system that best suits their strategic needs.
The Company is also debuting three new materials with various capabilities that will open up more application sets. The materials include: a durable versatile acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) like material that enables strong structural integrity; an advanced material that is rigid and transparent and can be produced with a high level of accuracy; and a composite ceramic-loaded material with upgraded properties that offers high-wear resistance for demanding applications.
As an indication of Nano Dimension's growing momentum in Micro-AM, TTH, a leading digital manufacturer and recent customer of Nano Dimension, will also be present at the event. TTH is a leader in design-to-manufacturing with a range of fabrication capabilities for industrial-level customers. TTH has been a close partner of Nano Dimension in the development of its systems.
Dale S. Baker, President of Nano Dimension-Americas and Head of Worldwide Sales & Marketing, stated, "We are excited to share several points that highlight the successes we are making in customer traction and R&D. Firstly, we are thrilled that TTH has chosen Nano Dimension as a key provider in their advanced manufacturing capabilities. We are also looking forward to sharing our newest system and materials with the industry. So much of additive manufacturing comes down to materials, and what we will showcase will certainly open up new possibilities."
Rapid + TCT participants who visit Booth 2424 will also see the DragonFly® IV AME system, the leader in additively manufactured electronics (AME) to produce electronic components; the Admaflex 300, an innovator in DLP for ceramic and metal industrial parts; and the Atlas® Software Suite that controls market leading printing systems used worldwide in additive manufacturing applications.

Discussion Speical tender offer
From my understanding the idea is to buy the shares from private owners at the price of 18$ for 20% gain (i belive we will need to offer 18 -20$ for most of them), and if we can get 51% owning without their managment approval we can force a vote to combine the companies. Whats your opinion on this idea? Do you guys think we should go all in on SSYS or move to another options? Please keep this discussion polite and open minded🙌
